  I've been a vital care premier member for years and have always used the vet at the Bruce B Downs location with no issue. Since I recently moved, I thought I'd try this one out, but I will continue use the other location after my interaction today. The night before my afternoon vet appointment, I booked through the app to get vaccines and a prescription refill for my pet, as I have for years at the other location. [Note, there was a bunch of availability at the time I booked the night before]. An hour before my appointment I receive a call saying they need move my appointment up to 5 minutes from the time that they're calling. How can you change someone's appointment time last minute and ask them to be there in 5 minutes? After explaining that's too short of notice and I can't make it there in 5 minutes, the person then says that if I can't make it, they guess I'm canceling my appointment. I tell them that if they can't honor my appointment time, then it must need to be cancelled. Instead of apologizing, I'm told "well you booked incorrectly so we don't have time for your request". After I hang up with this location, I go back to the app to book for vaccines at the Bruce B Downs store. Since availability at all local stores shows, I now see that all the availability for the Carrolwood store that was posted last night, is now gone. This leads me to believe that this location is not managing the schedule appropriately. Nevertheless, after rebooking at the Bruce B downs location, I verbally spoke to someone to confirm I wasn't selecting the wrong appointment type, and they confirmed my selections were accurate. It takes nothing to apologize for a mess up instead of blaming the customer for your time management issues.

  Alex doesn't seem to know how to do her job properly she took every customer ahead of me even tho I was there before anyone else, i literally come every month with NO Appt made and grab my dogs prescription and leave quickly and easily, however she had me wait over an hour never once asking to get any information or anything. Theres absolutely no reason it should've taken that long, completely unprofessional she needs more training... with that bring said I love the vet there she's kind and truly cares for the pets if you get the chance to have her you won't regret it

  Went to vetco for the first time, they took a while but gave good service, the first visit fee was waived per promo, good visit

  I waited 3 hours for them to give me my dog to groom him and the truth super terrible cut, I have nothing against the workers but for what it costs it is very badly done they did not vacuum him and the part of his face looks like they would not have done anything to him
