The most horrible groomer place on earth. I left my darling Mia and they kept her inside a trash can. they didn't give her the full service I'd paid for. the person who handled it was is of course unkind.Horrible is an understatement. 😭🤬😡🐩🐾🧨🪇✈️

Van in grooming has been the best I literally drive an hour because I've tried to go to people closer to where I live and they're just not as good at taking care of my dog's nails, she is wonderful! Brian who works in the store part is amazing he's always trying to help find what you need and he's great with animals. I really appreciate the excellent customer service at this location it's always a nice experience there, so worth the drive! ... It's my dog's choice too!!!

Dr. Andy Leung And his staff was so kind, helpful, understanding, compassionate, helpful and most importantly so patient with my sassy kitty. I’m so happy I for Dr. Andy Leung and staff to help care for my kitty Nox. Thank you !!

Associates are friendly and knowledgeable. They had products O desperately needed at an affordable price. Which I greatly appreciate 😌 Getting in and out of the parking was easy. No headaches there either. Definitely recommended.

The “manager” at this store is a disgrace of a person. My sister had a bird that had gotten her head stuck in the cage as her husband, 6 year old, and herself had to witness happening. While trying to safely get her out she ended up breaking her neck and it was DEVASTATING for them to witness. She called petco and they explained they would allow them to pick another bird. After thinking about it they called back and spoke with someone who told them they would have to DIG UP the poor bird they just buried in order to complete this. Against their better judgement they did so. They Get there and her husband and daughter go to look at birds while she hands the poor lifeless bird to the people. She goes back to look with them and this so called “manager” tells her he will never sell her another bird because she ABUSED the other one. Mind you she has another parakeet from here already who is in excellent health and very friendly. My sister who has lupus and things take a toll on her easier was subjected to verbal abuse from this manager accusing her of doing this to her poor bird. When she gets to the register for her refund since he wouldn’t sell her a bird that her daughter was excited to pick out he says he never told her she abused it. She said you surely did and he then THREATENED HER THAT HE WOULD NOT REFUND HER IF SHE KEPT RUNNING HER MOUTH. Of course my sister kept her tongue until it was completed and then spoke her piece. This “human” does not deserve to work in a place like this. He berated her, lied on her name, and caused them trauma all over again. From digging up the bird to being treated this way was UNACCEPTABLE. My sister has been in that store multiple times for all of her animals asking questions if she is unsure and trying to make sure she has the best of the best for her babies. For this man to tell her someone pushed down on the birds neck is disgusting. I will NEVER go here as a customer or even just to walk and look. Allowing people like this to run a place is not okay. He created more trauma for a family who already was heartbroken. She called corporate and we all know that does nothing. I will continue to share her social media post and leave reviews whenever I am able! This is someone who should be reprimanded for his actions!
