- JBJ Bro5 days ago1.0I wish I had read the reviews and never took my dog here for grooming. I had never had an issue till my most recent visit. My dog went for a grooming and was taken to the hospital due to his dewclaw being ripped when he was asked to get on the grooming table. They took care of the hospital bill and had offered to take care of his next service but when he was taken they said they already comp’d the service that he did not get to finish. Despite the inconvenience of my dog needing to heal, inconveniencing someone else to bring my dog into the groom because I had already used leave to take him in the first place, and the skin issues resurfacing because of the inability to get a regular bath I would have thought they would show more compassion to the situation. You are better off going somewhere else or doing it at home because if you care about your dog’s well being I would not feel safe with them here.

The staff needs to deep clean the store. Managers should be ashamed. I will be going to Pet Supermarket down the road from now on. Sad to see the state of this location
