This is the first vet that took my concerns seriously, found the root of the problem, and created a treatment plan that's actually working. In just a couple of weeks, my cat has improved so much, and seeing her finally heal has been such a relief. The veterinarian personally called me multiple times to check on my cat's progress, which meant so much to me. She took the time to print out detailed information explaining my cat's condition, what causes it, and then answered every single question I had without making me feel rushed. The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming and it's obvious they genuinely care about their patients. I also appreciated that they focused on what was actually necessary instead of recommending a long list of expensive, unnecessary tests. I can't recommend them enough for a well priced caring vet clinic.

- JMJosh MillerJun 10, 20261.0Had an apt (made online) for 8 30am. The doors were locked so I pushed the buzzer about 6 times with no response. Finally had to call to even be let in. After completing all the initial check in info, I was asked when I wanted to pick my cat up, even though I specifically made the apt to remain with my pet. I was told the vet won't be able to see my cat until later that day. Appointments basically are irrelevant, and needless to say I simply took my services elsewhere. I would not recommend this place.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
