Totally incompetent. Did not know what they were doing whatsoever. Made an appt, had to stand in line with no chairs for 40 minutes. I get to the front the girl has no clue what she is doing. Puts my dogs weight incorrectly in the system which affect the medicine. I went for heartworm test with was $60. Higher than quoted online when I made the appt. Now they won’t provide the prescription to tractor supply so I can buy the medicine. Says it takes 5 days. They are delaying it for no reason hoping I buy it from them instead. Super scam.

It sounds good at first but they add on costs that makes it about the same as an upscale veterinarian and refuse approve purchases of heart worm meds they write prescriptions for when trying to purchase from outside places such as 1800petmeds. They denied they wrote the prescription for 2 of my animals even though I have the email copy.
