- LPLauren Pelley3 days ago1.0Went into the store for medicine for my dog. Saw a cockatiel alone in a glass cage, clearly distressed. I asked Caroline at the front about the bird. She didn’t care. I left and called back to speak with someone who might and Caroline answered the phone. Refused to allow me to speak with anyone, said she was the only manager. After hounding her for a few minutes she told me Brett was the GM but when I asked to speak with him she hung up on me. I then called the other location to see if I could get any information and was informed they receive multiple calls and complaints about Caroline (who is apparently the pet manager) for anyone going to the thomasville road location- if you also have a horrible experience with this employee please leave a review and call corporate along with Brett (assuming she will allow you to to speak with him) this is not someone who cares about the well being of the animals and has zero customer service skills.
