  Carolyn at this location is horribly rude. I went in with my very well trained dog as it is a PET store. As I always do I go in to see the adoptable kitties. My very well trained dog was not jumping, barking or growling at the cats. (We have four of our own). She was very politely sniffing them. These cats were very interested in my dog as well or I would not have allowed her to get close. Carolyn behind the counter yelled over to me "Ma'am get your dog away from the cats. They clearly do not like your dog near them". Which completely embarrassed me. As you can see from the photos, my dog was greeting the kitties that were interested in her. If dogs aren't allowed to be up by them, put signs up or put them behind a door like Petsmart on Capital circle does. I will never be shopping here again. Horrible customer service.

  Not even deserving of 1 star. Horrible grooming and absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  I stopped by to buy some bunny food but couldn’t find the Sunjoy brand I was looking for. When I asked an employee, I was simply told, “If you don’t see it, we don’t have it” A little more assistance or a suggestion for an alternative would have been appreciated. I decided to purchase some bedding instead, but when I got to the register I was told it was cash only because their system was down. I asked if I could place an online order for pickup from this location, and they said no, their system didn’t work that way. Unfortunately, I had to leave without buying anything. The biggest disappointment was the customer service. Both employees were engaged in a conversation the entire time I was there, and I felt more like an inconvenience than a customer. I’d also suggest employees avoid wearing sunglasses indoors while working, as it doesn’t come across as very professional.

  Me and our 3 dogs like shopping at Petco! We also like the car pick up option—fast and easy. They have our brand and type of food and some fun toys too. Staff are always helpful and Kore was especially helpful with an issue with my order!

  Do go in there looking for fish . There tanks are horrible almost every tank had dead fish in it . Fish actually stuck to filters fish laying all over the bottom dead . Fish gasping for air . I did not take photos of this but I should have . It is disturbing that folks would let it get that way. Thank you for the response, but I don’t feel that speaking with store personnel is the appropriate next step. The conditions I observed should have been obvious to anyone responsible for caring for the animals. There were multiple tanks with dead fish, fish stuck to filter intakes, fish gasping at the surface, and dead fish left on the bottom. That points to a serious husbandry issue, not an isolated incident.
