They are all so amazing in their own ways, from the ladies upfront, to the techs, the doctors, and Megan the office manager. We have been Banfield members going over 11 years, and have been to several other locations, however this one by far has been the very best. They always listen to our concerns and answer our questions. They have always treated our pups with the utmost compassion and respect. I do need to give special shoutouts to a few special individuals who have truly made a lasting impact in our family’s lives. Dr. Madsen deserve all the good that there is in this world, and she was truly meant to become a veterinarian. Not only is her compassion outer worldly, but her commitment to providing our furry loved lines the best care she can give is truly admirable. When our boy got sick, she went above and beyond to try to help him and figure this out. She was so invested in not just our boys care but she made sure we were okay. When our other dog had a lump and it needed to be removed she was instrumental and making sure our girl got the best outcome, and she again showed us how much she cares. She is truly special and just an amazing doctor to have. We can’t ever thank her enough or speak enough about her. Bri, Niki, Donna, and I know there’s a few more that for the life of me I cannot remember their names but I know their faces and will always be grateful for their smiles, genuine conversations, and overall welcoming personalities. There are also not enough words to describe just how amazing they are! Megan is wonderful office manager, and truly has a passion not just for having an amazing team but also the customers that her team services. I’ve spoken to her on several occasions and she is truly invested in our furry loved ones and their human companions. Again, I can go on and on about this group and this practice. Such a wonderful experience every time. We love our Tallahassee Banfield family and highly recommend them to care for your furry loved ones!

We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including:

• Comprehensive Examinations
What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
