  I was not impressed by this Vetco. I transferred here from the Vetco in my previous state. My emotional support chihuahua had recently been diagnosed with a 4/6 heart murmur. First of all I asked on the phone if I could consult with the doctor about the X rays my previous vet had recommended, and the front desk lady was not willing to ask the doctor to talk to me on the phone. She said I had to wait until the visit itself. Then when I came in she allowed me to weigh him incorrectly because i was holding on his harness, it was only caught by my mother when I remarked that he had lost a lot of weight and so I asked if we could try again and did it without holding on the harness and got the correct weight, 2 pounds more. That’s an important difference! When I met Dr Jorth he seemed very rushed, didn’t take the time to introduce himself to me. I asked him to use a basket muzzle on my dog because my last vet had recommended it for him since he has a heart murmur, and he said impatiently that they didn’t have a basket muzzle and needed to muzzle him because someone at the vet had gone to the emergency room for a bite earlier that day. I wasn’t asking for my dog not to be muzzled, just for a different type of muzzle! And it’s their own problem if someone got bitten because they don’t follow a protocol! At this point I gave in and let them do the X ray. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. When I got the X ray report, they had the wrong age for my dog, saying he was 7 instead of 9. I was absolutely not happy with the service I received and do not recommend this vet nor will I be returning.

  i’ve been seeing this vet since they opened here. The techs and vets have been great and very thorough. Recommend!

  Appointment set up was very easy. Same day appointment was definitely a plus. Staff members were very courteous and pleasant. They even shared doggie snacks with us (we forgot ours).

  Got us in fast. Great staff. From the front desk to the Doc. Kind vet tech, which our pups loved.
