Needed a last minute visit for an infection. Was able to get an appointment. Seen quickly and had a great outcome.
We brought our Yorkie in because she was suffering terribly. The staff was kind and efficient. And treated us with kindness. As they performed their duties. We miss our little girl but appreciate her being out of suffering.
We took our boy Milo here yesterday after he injured his paw & they always such great care of him when we are there :) had a really good visit at this location, staff was very friendly. we really appreciated Deena, she got him some water & she was so kind, she made us feel very welcome, thank you so much !!! Whole staff was terrific & it was very prompt service aswell for him to be treated. I Wouldn’t take him anywhere else! I even got a text from them today to follow up and see how he’s doing

Went there for a follow-up appointment for my dog, for the vet Dr. Barnhart to review her most recent labs and imaging which was done just three weeks ago at the ER vet to see if medication adjustments were needed or not. Called multiple times to make sure her labs and imaging were received, as that was the whole purpose of the appointment, front staff seemed less than happy to confirm or help in any way, I even came in early for them since they had a cancellation, not once did they mention beforehand that the vet would not review the labs and/or imaging and require new imaging and/or labs that they wanted to charge over $200 plus for after we had already spent thousands just three weeks prior at the ER vet, and again the whole propose of the appointment was for her to review them, seems like they just care about money and not your pet, complete waste of time
I initially came in as a walk-in for my puppy due to possible kennel cough symptoms. The older woman at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming, and interacted kindly with my puppy. My pup is a young doodle and very high energy, and she was understanding and able to fit me in later that afternoon.
When I first arrived, there was also a younger woman in blue scrubs standing behind the desk who appeared very cold and emotionless. I ended up leaving and returning closer to the appointment time because I did not want to potentially expose other dogs if my puppy was contagious.
Once I came back, the younger woman ended up being the tech/nurse assisting during the visit. From the start, she made it very clear she wanted nothing to do with my puppy. She was extremely standoffish the entire appointment. At one point she told my dog not to jump on her, even though my puppy was leashed the entire time and never actually jumped on her.
At checkout, there was little to no communication about the visit. She simply rang me up and started briefly going over medication instructions. I asked if she could show me an easier way to administer pills since doodles can be picky eaters, and her response was essentially that it was up to me to figure it out. She then pointed toward the door and told me to take my dog out that way since they were treating her as though she had kennel cough.
Only after I specifically asked about the bloodwork did she tell me it came back negative.
The lack of compassion, professionalism, and communication completely ruined the experience for me. I will not be returning to this location.
Giving 2 stars only because the prices are pretty reasonable.
