    Kassidy is the best! She is reliable and is comforting for my fiesty little guy. She gives him the best grooming experience and he always looks great and is happy afterwards.

    I am so upset with this company. I have a small dachshund who has been paralyzed for about 4 years now we are new to this area so of course I scheduled him a groom appointment. We show up to the appointment and I explained to the groomer Victoria that he is paralyzed so has a diaper on… she responds “we cannot do anything with that”. Mind you the website does not state this at all and he has been to several places and we have NEVER ran into this problem. I have never ran into something like this and truly don’t know how to feel about it, what a terrible way to treat dogs with special needs who did not choose to be this way but still needs grooming!! Honestly your loss because my dog is the sweetest soul to know ❤️ I will never stop foot in a PETCO again.

    Luis cared for my senior chihuahua - nail trim and buff - Misha was VERY comfortable in Luis’s care! Great job! I have taken my chi chi to this Petco several times now and we always get great service

    When I arrived to pick up my dog, no one was in the grooming department. I went to the front desk and waited while the associate contacted the manager. He looked at me and said he would be there in a few minutes.I returned to the grooming area and could hear my dog barking and howling. After a few minutes, I saw the manager walk out the front door instead of coming to help. At that point, I retrieved my dog myself. He was still damp, and the kennel area was extremely cold. He was also the only dog left back there.I waited with him until the manager returned so I could pay. When he asked who brought my dog out and I told him I did, he told me I “can’t do that” and that I was banned from that store and all Petco locations.I am extremely concerned about the lack of supervision, the condition my dog was left in, and the way the situation was handled.
