- KFKelly FlatenSep 29, 20265.0We had such a wonderful experience with Petco Grooming, and especially with our groomer, Anna! She was incredibly polite, kind, and genuinely cared about my boys. She took the time to educate me on different haircut styles for my Yorkies and Goldendoodle and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before getting started. What impressed me most was how they handled my 10-year-old Goldendoodle. Unfortunately, he became extremely anxious during his appointment—shaking, drooling, and even trying to bite. They called me right away because they were genuinely concerned about his stress level and felt it was best for him to stop the grooming and come home. I was so appreciative that his well-being was clearly more important to them than simply finishing the appointment. They were incredibly sincere and even offered suggestions that might help make the experience easier for him the next time we try. My Yorkies looked AMAZING! Anna did such a beautiful job with them, and I couldn't be happier. It's obvious that Anna and the team truly care about the animals they work with. I was so impressed by their kindness, compassion, and professionalism. We will definitely be going back to see Anna again! Highly recommend! ❤️🐾
- RWRobert WSep 28, 20261.0Caution if you have a three-legged dog, find another location! I’ve been going to the Petco grooming facility for the past few years and have never had an issue until now. I was told today that they could not accommodate my dog because of his handicap, and I should find a specialized groomer. Of course, this was told to us after our services had already been rendered How come this wasn’t an issue years ago? I understand that certain animals may require special accommodations, but I was disappointed with how this situation was handled, especially after being a longtime customer. If you have a three-legged dog I would recommend confirming ahead of time that they are able and willing to accommodate your pet. Or find a new facility altogether Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.

- MSMountain SpringsAug 15, 20265.0Kassidy is the best! She is reliable and is comforting for my fiesty little guy. She gives him the best grooming experience and he always looks great and is happy afterwards.
- BBBriana BrownJul 26, 20261.0I am so upset with this company. I have a small dachshund who has been paralyzed for about 4 years now we are new to this area so of course I scheduled him a groom appointment. We show up to the appointment and I explained to the groomer Victoria that he is paralyzed so has a diaper on… she responds “we cannot do anything with that”. Mind you the website does not state this at all and he has been to several places and we have NEVER ran into this problem. I have never ran into something like this and truly don’t know how to feel about it, what a terrible way to treat dogs with special needs who did not choose to be this way but still needs grooming!! Honestly your loss because my dog is the sweetest soul to know ❤️ I will never stop foot in a PETCO again.
