  The manager explained that the towels were cleaned but still had dog hair on them. To me, that is still unacceptable for a paid self-wash service. If towels are being reused for pets, they should be fully cleaned, dried, and free of visible hair before being handed to customers. I came in to bathe my dog, not dry him with towels that looked used. I hope this location improves its towel process so customers feel confident the supplies are actually clean.

  Pierson helped us in the aquatics section and was so sweet and professional. We got advice from online and other people but he was knowledgeable and guided us in the right direction for our betta baby. I was skeptical on going to this location because it is newer and the reviews weren’t great but I’m so glad we decided to go and we ran into him. I will definitely make this our go to for our pets based on his amazing service and for just being so kind. He mentioned that we made his day but I hope he knows he made ours too!

  I love this Petco. Yesterday, I went there to get some Just Food for Dogs. I feed my Australian Shepard this food and she eats a lot. When I saw this store's big display, big refrigerator, and broad selection I was thrilled!! One more reason to love this store.

  I am leaving store right now. I had a return for a bag of dog food. First I sit in the front waiting for 15 min. Then finally have to interrupt the associate that saw me the whole time. She then tells me to get to back of the line that wasn’t there when I arrived (it is now 7-8 customers deep). Then I get back to front. Associate then tells me I need my ID to return. I go back to car for ID. This was bought on credit card I have with me 1 month ago but she says she can’t look it up that way. Then she says she can’t find the transaction even with my ID. 2 more associates come to help. Then manager Peyton tells me she can’t do anything. I have now been here for almost 1 hour. She was doing this over phone btw, couldn’t even come out to speak with me. We are regular customers. This was horrible customer service and an awful experience. Associates and managers unequipped to help anyone.

  Peyton is a lazy terrible manager who does not help customers. She sat in the back while her counter reps called her on speaker while they had a huge line. She held up the line talking to them over the phone which they could barely hear and was completely unhelpful. It made communication near impossible and she refused to come to the front to address the issue. The district manager should be made aware how lazy his store manager is.
