  This store and the people that work there are awesome. They helped with a recurring order issue - beyond anything required. I will get off my butt and pick up my deliveries in person just because of how great they are and to maintain the quality of this store's products vs. the company's random warehouse deliveries. THANK YOU

  The staff are so friendly and willing to help. I called ahead for some special prescription cat food and the clerk was so nice and went in the back and double-checked they had it before I made the trip. He gave me price options and size options. He remembered me from our phone conversation when I came into the store and didn't even have to double-check with the food was, he just ran and grabbed it from the back.

  A little disappointed by the pricing. Most things I could find online at a cheaper price that would be delivered to me or at Costco which uses very reputable brands. Especially the elk horn which Petco wanted $55 for when I could get the same thing off Amazon for $20. Just insane pricing for most things.

  Some of the worst customer service that anyone could ever have at anytime. It’s no wonder they have terrible ratings. Between this location and the one downtown they have cause our dogs insane trauma. If you come here for any other reason than getting dog food or toys you need to go elsewhere. Petco has terrible grooming and vets. We will definitely never come back to any Petco for any reason forever.
