  Do not get the monthly subscription, if you lose your dog or just don’t need the subscription they lock you in for a year and will not let you cancel do not sign anything!!!!!! I will no longer be going there anymore and I spend a lot of money there my service will go elsewhere management is awful they don’t know what they are doing and don’t care !!!!

  At this time it is with a broken heart that I write this review. On 5/29/26, I went to Petco on US-1 in a desperate attempt to get information on a dog food to give to my 12.5 y/o Shelter rescue, Lacie. I spoke to Matt, manager, and told him what was going on with her - she wasn't eating anything but bread and small bites of chicken that I made. I knew that I needed to return back to my other home in a different county soon, but Matt insisted that I take her to my new Vet here, so I did. They said to get her here ASAP, and I did. Because of Matt's advice, I saved Lacie from suffering as a massive tumor was about to cause her spline to burst resulting in a very painful death. Lacie and I kissed one-another, then I said I love you and goodbye. I cried for days over my loss as she was trained to help me when I couldn't get out of bed or off a chair at times. I am deeply saddened and crying now as I finish a review that needed to be written. To those that care, please pray for her and me during the worst time of my life. Thank you and God Bless.
