- LLLandon LongJun 27, 20261.0Went in to do my dogs full wellness check at one location and got a positive on one of my tests but they didn’t have any vets that day. So I went back in to another location and they decided I needed a $300 exam and added a $200+ senior fee. The biggest scam I’ve ever seen. This is also after spending $160 last weekend for test and just needed them to send me a prescription through my email but they can’t even do that.

By joining petco.com the first exam was free and was just charged for the antibiotic. Would definitely recommend their services. I go to the store regularly for supplies. Thank you so much!

- CPCíntia PiresMay 24, 20261.0I brought my dog in for itching, mostly on her belly, paws, and the base of her tail. The vet asked where she was scratching and for how long, but never physically examined her — she didn’t check her skin at all. She immediately blamed chicken in her diet and gave her an injection supposed to last 6-8 weeks. I cut chicken from her diet completely. It made no difference, and the injection stopped working in 3-4 weeks. The vet spent more time trying to sell me toothpaste than actually examining my dog. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this practice to anyone who wants their pet to actually be evaluated.
