  Went in looking for a certain dog food. Anthony went above & beyond to make sure I was able to get the dog food I was looking for. Anthony was very friendly & helpful.

  Grooming manager is why you lost a customer. Also don’t fall for the Perks program, you have to call corporate to cancel. And just found out what they forget to tell you is their perks program is for 1 year, and are not allowed to cancel. Shady, shady, shady. Can’t do online, and it doesn’t really save you especially if they never groom your dog because of excuses

  I moved from Largo to Seminole and came into Petco in Seminole City Center . I was very impressed and pleased to find a super friendly as well as knowledge staff. Tony is excellent with his knowledge and he helps you figure out what you do and don't need and goes into detail so you can ubderstand. I really felt cared for And everyone has a good attitude and smiles and are friendly Also, Katie checked me out and explained the programs where I was going to save money with all my pets and earn points with are a good value at Petco. So ,I have to say after that 8 even booked my car and dog at there vet in house due to how 8 was treated on my first visit and subsequent 2nd and 3rd visits. I would recommend this store for all your pets needs. First class!! .

  My experience with Marilyn here was absolutely horrible. She was very rude and made me feel incompetent. I wasn’t fully prepared as I am a new dog and didn’t realize I didn’t have the right leash. As we were going through the paperwork she pointed out that my dog isn’t up to date on all of my shots which wasn’t the problem at all, it was the way she was speaking to me. I’m very disappointed and am concerned for dogs and dog owners as I hope their experience does not go the way mine went. It takes a lot for me to complain about services and be upset to the point to where I was in tears. I work in social services and honestly I don’t believe Marilyn should be in this business anymore with the way I was treated… I will be calling corporate to inform them of this matter.

  I want to say that when I walk into a place of business for a service, especially one involving living creatures, that I am feeling welcome and confident that my puppy is getting compassionate care. The trainer Marilyn is not that, in fact she was very rude. She was talking over me and cutting me off as I was trying to explain things with my puppy. I cancelled and will not be going back there again.
