- JGJolanta GawedaMay 11, 20261.0My appointment was May 4th. Two Vaccines, blood test and Prescription. Vetco didn't sent me any medical records. Prescription was made for my friend name. So how can I order medicine for my dog? My friend's visit was the same time like mine. So Vetco made huge mistake and sent her my dog's medical records and prescription on my dog but her name and address is on my prescription. I contacted Vetco customer service several times. I ask for manager to call me back. Nothing happened!!!! My Friend also. So far not change been made and I still waiting for my prescription!!! After paying 200 $. What is the racket science about clear my prescription. You charged me for it. So I am waiting for correct prescription made by my name and address. As a loyal Vetco customer I received respect from you! I paid for service that was not done correctly.. Vetco didn't contact me till today May 19th!!! My poor dog has not prescription which I payed for already.

Vet was nice but had a problem trying to get blood from my dog’s leg and he started screeching from vein being pinched which the vet hardly got a drop out for the Heartworm test. I hope my dog forgets that experience.
