  Waiting over half an hour just for vaccines given by assisstant is crazy. Made an appointment online for the $95 vaccine package, when I went there, the front staff told me they dont offer that and to choose another package. When I logged in to my account online, it showed I missed my appointment. She didnt even check me in.

  The staff was friendly, the place was very clean! Only downside was the long wait but they had an emergency and they did apologize and keep me informed. Overall it was a great experience!

  After almost two years at this vet I must say it has went down tremendously. I spent weeks at a time trying to call and make appointments with no answer, left voicemails and emails with no responses. My pet insurance attempted to email information regarding my dog’s pet insurance and received no communication. I highly suggest for you to avoid this place, take your loved pet elsewhere as I’m doing the same.

  Absolutely love Vetco! The entire Team was amazing and provided the best customer service! Super convenient and I would highly recommend Dr. Bull.. You will love Tonya as she will make you feel like one of the Family!
