- ETEricka TrowbridgeAug 18, 20261.0I rescued a small kitten That had survived. Unbelievable odds.She was weak and small but was eating, drinking,going to the bathroom, walking, and purring. Kitten was on the mend. My daughter took the kitten here only to get medicine for it's eyes while I was at work. They gave this tiny kitten that weighed less half a pound and IV of more than twice her weight her kidneys shut down and she died 8 hours later. From healthy and healing to suffering And death after visiting this place. I do not believe it was intentional, but at the very least it was negligent.. Not to mention one more thing to put on the bill, although I'd like to think that wasn't the case. Either way the result's the same. It is terribly sad.

Made an appointment online for the $95 vaccine package, when I went there, the front staff told me they dont offer that and to choose another package. When I logged in to my account online, it showed I missed my appointment. She didnt even check me in.

Really appreciated being explained possible causes of issue, and steps to find out possible causes. Felt very comfortable with care received and look forward to a future of using this practice. Update!! 4/2023 Don't know what happened here, last visit was in November. There has been a complete staffing replacement. Phones are not answered, had to return for blood to be drawn again due to broken equipment. Never received a call back for bloodwork results, even today I've been told to wait for call back. $300 and still waiting for results.
