So I go to my local petco and the grooming area is dark. I asked the girl at the cash register if someone is in the grooming area. She had no idea. She went and got another girl who tells me that no one came in for grooming today, no apology, just matter of fact. I asked if someone would be in tomorrow and she said yes. I asked if I can make an appointment since im at the store and she declined. I explained I didnt want to wait long since they were sharp. She just shrugged. So I turn to walk away and she says oh you may want to call before you come because they may be too busy with appointments to do a walk in service. Why have walk in service if it cant be provided? So frustrating
- GRGeorge RodriguezJun 4, 20265.0I needed help with my puppy that wasn't eating a gentleman there called Dilan was extremely helpful very knowledgeable on all the pet foods that Petco has and what I should try to have my dog start eating he gave me a recipe I tried it and it all worked the gentleman was very knowledgeable like I said before spent a lot of time with me and gave me exactly what I needed for my dog excellent employee great customer service.
