  Petco Cancelled grooming appointment made a week in advance. Don’t even try to reschedule me with someone else. When trying to call the grooming salon you can’t get anyone. Instead you have to leave ur number with the front they take ur information and then grooming will call u back. Why would I ever drop my dog off to a grooming salon that I can never get in contact with. Red Flagg.

  The store is good and so are the staff. But you should not have to provide rabies vaccination every year. Your chance of getting hit by lightning are greater than your dog getting rabies! The vaccine makes my dog sick and almost dead. They give the same vaccine amount to a little dog like mine as they do a horse. Never seen a rabid raccoon in the city never the less did it bite a bet. Stupid. You lost my dog grooming business was able to take dog to another groomer with no vaccine requirement and its done. Your losing business.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the grooming service. My dog is a female Poodle, and unfortunately, after her grooming with Josh, she looked completely different — more like a male Schnoodle than my own dog. The haircut was not what I asked for, and the overall result was very upsetting. I trusted the groomer to understand the breed and maintain her feminine appearance, but the final result was far from what I expected. I would not recommend this groomer based on my experience. I hope the management takes customer requests more seriously and ensures that groomers understand exactly what the owner is asking for before cutting the dog’s hair.
