Cashier was not friendly at all and then asked if I wanted a bag for my 6 items I purchased. The store was well-stocked and had everything I needed.

Over price dog food , the reward points are pointless because evry time i check to see if i have any point i have none no matter how many time i shop there. Coupons are always a "gotcha" total scam.

Witnessed a guinea pig suffering from zoochosis. When I reported to the manager she laughed and claimed it was just a jittery animal. No place should just brush off a report like this, I have attempted to contact corporate 3 separate times about this situation, and nothing has been done about this. This is an animals life and well being we are talking about, not a toy you can just mess with.

Very helpful, clean and they now have a veterinary clinic on site. A fav place of mine! Sam is a very patient associate and she did ask another for help if she didn't know. She greets me by name when she sees me and she helped me pick out great dog food the cut down on my babies scratching and licking there paws ...she even helped with a pet bed letting my guy try them to see which one he would use. Best pet store in PSL.

I wish I could left a zero. I’ve been with PETCO for 4yrs & this is the poorest customer service I’ve ever seen. Connor the groomer wanted to enforce a late fee to an appointment that was no longer in existence. Then the manager ‘Aaron’ made no sense because she tried to say they couldn’t accommodate due to availability but availability wasn’t the issue since they take walk in or if I pay the late fee. Mind u the reservation was already cancelled. The slots on the app were all open & Connor didn’t deny that the spot was available.
