  I took my 2 cats to Banfield recently and it was a great experience! The staff were all kind and attentive. I felt relieved after the doctor took her time explaining her findings and the treatment plan. I didnt feel pressured to have tests or procedures done that weren't necessary. They had my cats best interest at heart ans Im switching my dog to Banfield.

  I have a cat I got back in March that I took to Banfield to get her established with a vet. First few appointments were fine, but do be warned, If you have a lot of questions you will be rushed through them along with also hearing a knock on the door every few minutes because they need the vet after waiting 20 to 30 minutes in the waiting room for the vet to even come in. she ended up having some breathing problems and they recommended an x-ray since her lungs were cloudy and of course they tried to talk me into one of their wellness plans, which I declined because I’ve heard enough about those. But the cherry on top was when I went to schedule the x-ray one of the front desk ladies recommended a drop off would be best because they don’t know if sedation would be necessary and that it could take anywhere from 2 to 5 hours to come pick her up for a simple x-ray that should take no more than 15 minutes, and if you have an anxious cat you can imagine them being kenneled for hours in a room amongst other cats meowing and stressed while hearing dogs in the other rooms can cause an even more anxious vet trip, that would of course, result in needing sedation after sitting like a package in the corner waiting to be seen for hours until they have enough time. When I went to call back the following day after making the appointment to change it to an in room exam, I was then told that they don’t offer in room exams for x-rays and that they exclusively only do drop offs, which I was never told on the first phone call. After canceling my appointment and calling a nearby veterinarian clinic I found that they had in room exams for x-rays as well as way cheaper that actually listens to your questions instead of just trying to prescribe medicine to fix something that you don’t have a reason for. I should’ve believed prior reviews about going to a corporate owned vet, but after experiencing it for myself I will not be returning and will make sure to warn other people.

  The whole experience during my visit was extraordinary. Quick and courteous check in, nice nurses and a lovely Cuban doctor. He answered all of my questions and gave me valuable recommendations. Very pleased overall.
