  Today, I brought my 9 week old Cane Corso pup, Fatima. We had such an amazing experience at Banfield Pet Hospital! Dr. Basil is absolutely incredible. She took the time to educate us about the Cane Corso breed and answered every question with patience, kindness, and genuine care. You can truly tell she is passionate about what she does, and beyond humble as a person. The entire staff treated us like family from the moment we walked in, even though it was our very first visit. Everyone was welcoming, compassionate, and attentive to both us and our puppy. It’s rare to find a veterinary office that makes you feel this comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and loving veterinary team for their pets!

  Honestly a Great close vet! I brought my baby Jaynie in with conjunctivitis and they prescribed her some medicine and cleared it right up within about two weeks and I also had brought her in for some dietary issues and they prescribed a prescription food which is also cleared up her stomach finally!! I cannot give enough thanks to this Vet and their vet techs and their prioritizing, As well as being very knowledgeable with any call you may have to make for the simplest of questions. If anyone asks for a recommendation, I definitely will be saying Banfield.

  Banfield is the worst vet office and hospital. I have the sweetest little dog and she loves going to the vet and everywhere else except for Banfield. I should’ve listened to her from the beginning. The staff is cold. The doctors take the animals into another room to do things which I have never experienced. I heard my dog scream while I was in the waiting room And they thought nothing of it, but my dog doesn’t even bark. For the first time in her life, she got sick and they would not make an appointment for her until the next week. No open sick Animal appointments. That was the last straw for me. I was already going to change vets But I did it immediately after that situation. Banfield is so unethical and I can’t believe they’re still in business, not to mention the crazy high prices. Oh, and I can’t tell you how many times I have had the sales script done on me for there wellness program that they are in legal trouble over.

  Always a pleasure to bring my Shiba emu, Suki always get great care. All the Dogs we had has always gone to Banfield & we will continue with them. Thank you. She is on the Wellness, I suggest you give them consideration.

  We had such a great visit at Banfield Pet Hospital. The staff was so kind and made us both feel at ease right away. My puppy can be a little nervous, but he did so well thanks to how gentle and patient they were. I left feeling really happy and confident he was in good hands.
