  Front door wouldn’t open at 9:30a for SCHEDULED grooming (opens at 8a). Two different customers outside tried knocking on door and calling by phone for over 10 minutes with no answer. Finally forced the outside door open to find 2 groomers (who had dogs, so ok) with another employee inside - making excuses about why no one answered the knocking for 10 mins is ridiculous.

  Employees are not the friendliest, they will walk right into a small child and not say anything. I probably won't go back to this location

  Tuve una experiencia bien agradable, de las veces que he ido a comprar comida. Este viaje fue muy diferente, me sorprendí, me ofrecieron la ayuda de mejorar el costo del producto De verdad que quedé súper contento la muchacha fue sumamente amable y muy ingeniosa de las gracia por la ayuda

  Employee named Aaron helped us with a purchase of a hamster and supplies. He was very personable, knowledgeable and an all around great employee. Everyone was nice but he really stood out at the Port Richey store.

  I went to purchase a guinea pig that I adored & it just so happened to be a female. The associate at the store dark hair, glasses, that was going to show me the guinea pig told me that if i was to purchase a female that I had to buy 2 of them! In all my life I have never heard of anything as ridiculous as this! Im a full grown adult that works from home with some disabilities & i live alone. The Guinea pig would not have been left in a cage all alone, all day. Not to mention they're already overpriced at $60 two of them would've cost me $120!! I told her not to even bother taking the guinea pig out to show me. Instead I drove down Hwy 19 in Holiday to the Reptiles & Exotic petstore in the winndixie plaza 10 to 15 minutes away and got a single female for $30 bucks! and couldn't be happier!!! Ya'll are ridiculous!!!
