    I've been out of town and wasn't able to see my regular vet soon enough so I took my dog in for wellness check, shots and meds. I also thought Vetco would be less expensive. On the Contrary, they brought my estimate to me and I was shocked. Normally I pay about $300.00 for all the services I mentioned above. Boy was I wrong. $599.99 double what I'm used to paying. WHAT A RIP OFF. I SAW OTHER FAMILIES THAT WERE JUST AS SHOCKED AS I WAS. Needle to say, I refused all services except Rabies shot and flea and tick meds. It still cost me 250.00. Outragest. I also hated that they take your pet into a different room without you to examine and give shots. Unexceptionable. What the hell are they hiding? Well, hard lesson learned, BIggest Vet Scam out there. Please, if you are on a budget, DO NOT GO TO VETCO. Save yourself and your pet the anxiety and expense. Please

    I brought my new kitten here last week. Yesterday I found a tapeworm on her and brought her to a different vet and they found fleas. When I brought her to Vetco they did not do an exam with the owner present in the room, if they had just done the exam which I assumed they didn’t they would’ve seen that she had fleas. I am so upset and now have to treat two cats. Please do not waste your time or money here, the doctor is young and inexperienced and the vet tech looked miserable to be there. They came in and grabbed my kitten from me and asked “can I borrow her?” they did not give me any explanation or why they took her back and did the entire “exam” back there. When the doctor came in he let my new kitten hide behind the trashcan and saw a ROACH and let her play with it. I’m so disgusted at this behavior, and honestly the vet tech and the doctor should just find new jobs because this is not the right job for them. Which explains why they work at a franchise.

    Outstanding! I was more than pleased with everyone involved in my visit, they were very informative and accommodating for me and my fur-baby she is a rescue and was suffering from seasonal allergies. I've had plenty of ER and Vet trips over the years and I can say that I will be back! The prices here are very fair which completely beat my regular Vet. To the staff at Vetco Freckles and I thank you!
