My cat needed ear and nail care. I let them know how crazy she may get. They had no problems with her and she was taken care of in no time at all.

Hi, I'm very happy with my first visit with my dog. My dog had a skin infection and leaking eyes. I went to a different vet before, and he told me he could do nothing because my dog is old. This vet dr.Tiffany Clark cleaned her face and eyes and gave me antibiotics, shampoo, and ointment for her eyes. I'm glad I brought her there. My dog's eyes are looking great, no longer leaking, and she doesn't have that smell from the skin infection. I'm totally coming back to her. Thank you to Dr. Tiffany Clark. The front desk lady was helpful and very caring.

I’d like to say I got a chance to when visit and be able to form an opinion, but, the receptionist, like a restaurant host, ruined that experience before I got to have it. This woman first of all doesn’t speak good enough English to try to be figuring out what’s going on with a pet. Giant barrier. She then said I would recieve an email to confirm my appointment…. I spelled my email for her at least 3 times. Did I get one? No. So the next morning I get a text saying to confirm. I get my child up early and we are on our way to walk out the door for our appointment when a man calls and tells me if I am in fact coming because my cat hasn’t peed in a couple days then I need to go to the ER….. Alright..: so WHY did this woman even LET me book my appointment over the phone having this knowledge? Why are we making pets wait an entire extra day just to be called to be told oh, yeah, go to the ER. Are you kidding me??

Not a very reassuring bedside manner, did the examination in a separate room where I couldn’t see it, didn’t diagnose my cat’s issue correctly, didn’t prescribe any effective medication. If you have a cat just take it to the cat care clinic in ormond, much better service there.

I made an apt here to have my dogs stitches and staples removed after ear cropping. I didnt want to drive the three hours back to the vet who did the cropping. That was a huge mistake on my part. I was told my dog had a traumatic experience getting her staples out and that this experiemce will affect her for a long time. She wont let people touch her ears anymore etc. That could not be any further from the truth and was overly dramatic. I rubbed her ears all the way home and taped them up as soon as we got home. She was fine. This was a vet who is obviously anti ear cropping. Furthemore im concerned about her competency to do the job if she hurt my dog that bad. She also told me my dog turned purple..... this is so dramatic. Then she proceeded to tell me i should never crop an animals ears ever again. I bought a show dog. Her ears had to be cropped. Leave your judgements to yourself. I felt very belittled and chastised for croppimg my dogs ears. That is the AKC breed standard for showing a dog. I will never bring another dog here. Next time ill drive 3 hours and let the professionals handle it that understand the world of show dogs.
