I went into the office in a rainstorm and they told me they couldn't take care of my dog because I didn't have his Rabies paperwork with me when I made the appointment, nobody asked me or told me that I would need such a thing. And then when I commented To the woman that I wasn't told she said, well, that's the answering service and you should have known. So I left and ran home to get my paperwork came back in the pouring rain for them to tell me, I'm sorry. You missed your appointment.We can't take care of you now!!! I would never come to this place again.The older woman that works to desk here is nasty and unfriendly , and they are not sympathetic to the needs of a dog that's in pain
