Saw a beta fish floating on top of the cup and asked if I could try to rescue it. Staff told me to find the manager who takes the cup from me proceeds to shake it and then hands it back to me and said he’d give it to me for half off. That poor fish didn’t even make it on the car ride.

Questioned if I could get online price. This is why I won't go back anymore to any petco, or petsmart. Have both rewards, still not cheap. Will not go to any pet store? Look at your prices and electronic email.

From the first phone call and conversation with Ruth , the check in with Gina and David our vet tech was awesome and Dr James was great too !! And I can’t forget the fantastic manager of the store! The whole staff made us feel so comfortable and I felt that they fell in love with our Scooby immediately and he made lifelong friends. We will definitely take care of all of his needs at Petco, beside the isle that had our two favorite teams side by side ha ha ! Thank you for a wonderful experience and answering all of our questions because we feel like brand new parents again 🥰🐶💙
- SCStanley ChmielewskiJul 31, 20261.0I couldn’t understand why this store had so many items out of stock. Even on Friday. (That’s delivery day). Until I had the misfortune to meet the manager. Apparently the cash register girl didn’t like me asking questions. So she texted something in her phone and the Manager arrived at the register. With a major attitude I might add. Well it went down hill from there. Absolutely mis-managed store. It’ll never change. As long as it’s management staff stays in place.
