  Read entire Description i went here 2 times and they failed the community to protect puppies and animals. "I am writing this to expose the complete lack of professionalism, patience, and basic training at this clinic. During my past visit, my dog Daisy acted the exact same way—anxious and vocal—but we were able to patiently get her shots done because she has successfully received vaccines here before.This time, the staff showed zero patience and were completely inconsiderate. Daisy was terrified, which caused her to bark excessively and resist the muzzle. She did NOT lunge, snap, or show any actual forward aggression—she was simply overwhelmed and shut down from fear. Instead of giving me literally two more minutes to calm her down and get the muzzle secure, the staff rushed me, refused service, and completely mislabeled a frightened dog as 'aggressive' just to get us out the door.Telling a long-term client to go to a regular vet because your staff lacks the basic skills and patience to handle standard fear-barking is pathetic. If you run a vaccine clinic, your staff needs to know the difference between a terrified dog and an aggressive one, and they need to treat clients with basic respect instead of rushing them. Unprofessional, impatient, and completely incompetent." They did nothing to the incompetent people at vetco clinics lost out on money and caused my alot of stress anxiety I have diabetes and it affected it and all they say is nothing can be done you'll get a refund for heartworm whatever this entire place is incompetent unprofessional and I would go elsewhere for treatment like pet supermarket vet co they took Daisy no problems excuses lazy corporation vet co pet co clinics and admins.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Petco today. The first time I came to purchase fish, the staff explained that my aquarium was not properly cycled yet and that it would not be safe to add fish. I completely understood and respected that decision because the well-being of the fish is important. Today, I returned specifically to purchase a water testing kit so I could check my aquarium parameters and make sure the water was finally safe before adding any fish. After waiting at the register for more than five minutes, the employee came back and told me she could not sell me the product. I honestly do not understand this. I was trying to do exactly what I had been advised to do: properly prepare and test my aquarium before purchasing fish. Refusing to sell me a water testing product makes absolutely no sense and was extremely frustrating. I left the store feeling disappointed and poorly treated. I understand refusing to sell live animals when their safety could be at risk, but refusing to sell a basic aquarium water testing product to a customer who is actively trying to follow proper aquarium care is unreasonable.

  I brought my 12 year old Border Collie to Pet Smart today for a bath & brushing. The lady who worked on him is named Karie. He wasn't real keen on leaving me and going with her. She was very kind to him and and talked softly and stroked him. That made the trama easier for him. When I came back to pick him up, he pranced out, wagging his tail. She did an excellant job with his coat and more importantly treated him very well
