  I was going to give 5 star due to when I had my dog that’s went to heaven 4 years ago they were very nice , I was always offered a good customer service . But sadlily I have to say that current personal are so unprofessional and rude , lack of compassion and education , last night my new rescue puppy was vomiting , didn’t sleep and at 5 am made an appointment online for 3 pm . Well when I was on my way to work a rude lady call tried to explain and very rude she said that she doesn’t need to hear all that I can explain the nurse she was calling to advise that their system double booked and they have someone at 3 pm I explain if I can go later, she said no because they by 4 they don’t take appointments, she said at noon or one told her I am at work and it’s far , asked for any other day , and she said dropped dog tomorrow requested I don’t need drop as my dog is a rescued and is skittish she kep insisting to drop and didn’t gave me a solution , employee like her that doesn’t have the education for customer service should get fired , zero compassion , zero ethics , very rude , since she didn’t help I ended the call What a shame Bandfield having employees like that

  Every single visit to the Pompano office is an absolute dream! From the moment you walk through the doors, the energy and compassion are off the charts. The front desk crew, the incredible nursing team in the back, and the brilliant on-duty physician form a total powerhouse of care. They don't just do their jobs—they pour their hearts into making sure My Kid (my beloved cat!) gets nothing short of elite, VIP treatment. Knowing they truly have his best interests at heart brings me total peace of mind every time we step through the door. Huge thanks to this rockstar team for setting the gold standard for exceptional care! 🐾✨

  I’ve been bringing my dog to Banfield Pet Hospital in Pompano Beach for about a year, and up until recently, I had never had an issue. Unfortunately, my last two appointments have been extremely disappointing, and the customer service and quality of care seem to have gone significantly downhill.After having a positive experience with Banfield for the past year, it’s very disappointing to see such a noticeable decline in communication, organization, customer service, and overall quality of care. I really hope management takes serious action because I want to feel confident that my dog is receiving the care and attention she deserves.
