  I went to get a medicine for our dog they make me wait an hour and they never have the medicine why didn't tell me when I show up that's not acceptable for a business you should just say that from the beginning I'm sorry we don't have it

  I had a terrible experience bringing my dog here. Waited 3 hours to not even get a diagnoses and using the excuse your dog wouldn’t open its mouth so for that we have to sedate him but we can’t do that today because we will be closing soon. Like I called you and told you the issue my dog was having, I’m sure your facility has experienced stressed dogs that don’t like there mouth open and if you knew that could have happened why not schedule my appointment with enough time to make the visit worth it and not waste my time? Literally told me by the look on the outside it could be two reasons. Mouth infection or he could have a mass. Wow that doesn’t make me more nervous. Terrible customer service. Very upset I paid $200 for no reason.

  Brought my doc here due to location and Saturday hours for drop off at 8am. Spoke with Dr. Albury at 12:52 she said come pick her up at around 2:30 I came to pick her up. The rude front desk said she wasn’t ready and it would be a while as they have to finish charting. We receive a call at 2:37 that she is ready by Brian. We had left to lunch to waste time. Come back around 3:40 again here waiting another 20 minutes dealing with a rude front desk and she still wasn’t ready. Big waste of time and no results.

  This place is awful they could literally care less about your pet. You’re treated like a number in a chop shop. I had an emergency and when to an emergency clinic and then was told to go to my primary for X-rays and bloodwork. Went to this location and when I picked him up they just gave me meds and tried to send me on my way. No dr came out to talk to me, didn’t have an answer to a question I asked them about over the phone, just zero customer service upon arrival. Told me 24-48 hrs for my results. 72 hours later …..ZERO calls. Surprise surprise. I had to call myself multiple times just to get someone to even answer the phone. In the meantime the er clinic I took him to days before called me twice to follow up just to make sure he’s okay. When I was there they made time to explain everything that was happening. Not at Banfield, they could literally care less. place is a complete joke. If you care about your pet even in the slightest go somewhere else.
