  Don't give me wrong I love this store because it helps provide for my animal and the vet helped save my ferrets life the only reason I'm giving this place won't start is because I am sick and tired of looking in their dumpster and seeing bags and bags and bags and bags of animal food litter stuff day accidentally opened when they were unloading the truck for opening the pallet instead of putting it to the side and donating it to a shelter to where the animals could use it they cut the bags open and dump it in the dumpster to me that is unwanted waste you write it off anyway you might as well write off some for donating to the shelters I have pictures of this to support my claim I beg somebody from upper management to contact me because I'm tired of this this is so wrong wasteful all these animals that are starving all these animals in the shelter that that food could have said those poor animals and Petco and all these other pet stores are told to cut the food open and pour it out that is a disgrace and I want something done why should we waste waste waste so much stuff that's the reason everything so expensive is because we waste more than what we consume and just because you cut the bag open does it make that bag of food compromise it just means you cannot sell it it does not mean you cannot put all those bags in a buggy and I will come and pick them up and take them to an animal shelter somewhere where an animal will actually eat the food and survive instead of being wasted

  Petco has the cutest kittens they have rescued and put up for adoption.

  The vet is closed every time I come in despite online saying it should be open. Very disappointing as it indirectly affects my dogs health. The staff just said it’s not their problem since they’re not technically petco.

  We called today the day before our appointment to speak with somebody at the clinic or hospital. We spoke to a lady named Pam, which she hesitantly did not want to give us her name at the end because she started to get a little rude. We were just trying to confirm because we made appointments for 950 and 10 AM and they had changed it to 9:45 AM. When I called and got to speaking to her, she kept over cutting me and interrupting me when no offense, I am the customer and I’m trying to find out about my Dogs appointment that I made for the clinic prices. She didn’t told us that the doctors are busy until 10 AM so I questioned her. Why are you changing my appointment from 10 AM to 945 if the doctors are busy. She then went ahead mind you I’m in a conference meeting when she called me and I have five other people around me and she’s on speaker. She then started interrupting me saying that doesn’t matter that doesn’t matter that doesn’t matter anyway anyway which is perfectly fine but we’re speaking about my dog here and I’m supposed to trust to bring my animal into you so you can give them their shots and do their Well-being. I asked to speak to the doctor. She said no they’re not available you can’t talk to them. She presume to cut me off and say she was gonna change my appointment time or she can cancel them and that is not what I wanted. I think she needs to be talked to on her professional professionalism and how she handles guest because if I was a 90 year-old lady and she spoke to me and I was her son. I would’ve handled it a little different but I was trying to keep professional and be very positive and make sure I got the right information from a place of business where I’m spending hundreds of dollars. we did not like her attitude. We did not like having to speak with her all because we were trying to find out questions on why they switched our appointment without contacting us and only sent us a text message. We believe she needs to be spoken to about her professionalism and how she goes amongst handling guests everybody can have a bad day and everybody can have a good day, but when you’re on the end of the business, you put all that to the side and you just handle the Business.
