- APadelina panossoSep 30, 20265.0I am very happy with the care my furry baby receives at Banfield Pet Hospital in Pinecrest. Whether it’s a routine wellness exam or an unexpected emergency, I always feel that she receives the best possible care. The front desk staff is always friendly, caring, and welcoming, and the veterinary technicians are equally compassionate and attentive. Dr. Faulkner is extremely knowledgeable and has provided incredible care for my Standard Poodle. Dr. Flores has also been wonderful and caring. One thing I especially appreciate is that I always receive a call ahead of time explaining what they recommend and how much it will cost, so there are never any surprises. I also love that all of my dog’s health information is easily accessible through the Banfield app. I highly recommend Pinecrest Banfield Pet Hospital to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy veterinary team. My dog is in great hands there! 🐾❤️

We have been to multiple over the years and not all locations treat your pet with such love and care and are as gentle as the team and doctors at this location . 10/10 Absolutely recommend, I LOVE THEM !!

We had gone to several locations that were in our area be size we needed medical attention urgency and it was a Sunday and I know that was going to be hard but some how some where the pinecrest location gave us a chance and squeezed us in for our furr baby . From entering the front desk with Nurse Jackie and going to the consultation room and speaking with Nurse Steff and the doctor Dr. Gao are amazing people with the hugest hearts ever . Jackie is so so kind and attentive from moment we entered and helping us out and the. nurse steff extremely helpful and caring and explained all the costs and concerns and all . The doctor was absolutely amazing as well and glad we came to this location for our furrbaby. I want to thank them sooooo much and how grateful I am for them taking care of us with the best care that they gave us to our baby . I would love to let corporate know what amazing people they are and they are a blessing .

The nurse Monique was very rude and no empathy to customers. You can never talk to the real Doctor! Not sure if they even have one!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
