  took my son and his girlfriend here to get cat fiod , they like it alot for prices , selection and convenience.

  Needed a cat litter box. The shelves were jumbled, no idea which hood fit which pan. I struggled trying to match them until I found a pair. One hood was broken; I left it on the floor. Hopefully someone will straighten that mess up soon and dispose of it. I lifted a heavy bucket of litter into my cart by myself. More employees are needed to circulate and help customers. A call box or button in the department would also help. Cat supplies are in the far corner of the store. It's quite a hike there and back for those of us who are physically challenged.

  I had Kelly groom my dog. I have been using Petco for a long time in other locations. I cannot tell you how dissatisfied and disappointed I was with the finished product. Upon talking with my groomer, Kelly, she had the attitude that she did not care what I had to say or what I wanted but I overlooked it because my baby was in need of a cut. I have a goldendoodle that gets 1/2 inch all over and a round head. I told Kelly not to cut the lashes. Lashes are gone now. When I take a comb to my dog, she has so many tangles right after her appointment. Specifically in her legs. She was not dried properly. She usually comes out looking fluffy. She’s partially dried curly and partially dried straight. As if she was blow dried half way then stuck in a kennel. Her face is lopsided. She has hair still sticking in her mouth. Her tail looks like it has not been trimmed evenly or at all. I even paid extra for nail buffing and her nails are still sharp. No where near as short and to the quick as they usually are. I am afraid that Kelly only does her job to the bare minimum and is simply chasing a paycheck. I am so extremely disappointed. I have never received such poor care from a Petco groomer. I can only hope not everyone in their salon is the same.
