But my first vet appointment completely changed my experience. I scheduled it for 4:45, showed up on time, and was turned away because they said they don’t take 4:45 appointments. No one ever called or notified me about any change. I lost comp time, travel time, pay, and my entire afternoon over something that could have easily been communicated. Because of that, I canceled my plan and won’t be coming back.
