  I tried calling today to get some info for cat grooming. First time I called, the lady that picked up told me to call again in about 10 minutes for someone named Daniela, if I’m not mistaken, to get there. I could barely hear her, the connection on their end was bad— it sounded like the phone was under water. I gave it about 20-30 mins instead! I called, and the same lady picked up, no customer service whatsoever by the way! I told her I had called earlier but was told to call later for when the cat groomer showed up and she hung up! You guys employ rude people as it seems, which checks out from previous reviews that I’ve read.

  I came into the store at around 7:06 PM specifically to purchase a parakeet I had seen on a previous visit. As soon as I arrived, I asked the employee at the front for assistance with the birds, and he told me to wait by the parakeets while someone came to help me. After waiting about 8 minutes with no assistance, I went back up front and was told they would call someone again. I then waited another 15–18 minutes with still no help. During this time, employees were walking around, but nobody came to assist even though there were no other customers being helped with birds. Eventually, after waiting over 30 minutes total, an employee finally came over with the keys.(Don’t remember his name but he was old and had a horseshoe balding pattern, i don’t mean it with no disrespect) From the start, he seemed irritated and rushed. I politely explained which bird I wanted — the white parakeet resting near the toy — and before I could finish speaking, he raised his hand toward my face and told me to “relax” in a rude tone. I was calm and respectful the entire time, so this response felt unnecessary and disrespectful. There was also confusion because he brought two boxes even though I had only asked for one bird. When I clarified that I only wanted one, he insisted I had said two and questioned me about why he brought two boxes, even after my sister confirmed that I had only asked for one bird. While he was assisting me, another customer asked him a question, and he responded dismissively by saying, “You’re going to have to wait, I’m doing something right now.” Even the other customer seemed uncomfortable with the way he spoke. I usually let these types of experiences go and try to be understanding, especially when stores are busy, but the level of disrespect and poor customer service I experienced today was genuinely disappointing. I left the store at 7:47 PM feeling completely unwelcome and disappointed with the experience.
