  Great place. EXCELLENT management that helps. Especially Ms. Yamira and Mr. Roberto. They were very helpful in my needs and my pet's needs.

  Petco is such an amazing place. I love going here to admire and take pictures of the animals here and they have a great variety of products, decorations, food, toys, etc for pets!

  Refused service because of how “bad conditions were” and we were told to “take him to the vet” on how “bad” he is. This place has rude staff, if your dog needs a deep maybe try a different place.

  Every time I take my dog to get his nails trimmed, there is an excuse not to. Last time, I got there at 5; the guy there said he was closing early because he had been there since they opened. Then a lady next to me complained too, and they cut my dog's nails after that. Today they said my dog is too old to cut his nails. My dog is 14 years old, and I have been cutting his nails since I got him without no problem. I’m asking to cut his nails, and that’s it. She said they have the right to refuse d because he is old, which is the first time I’m hearing this. The store is okay, and the people are nice, but at the grommets nobody’s last, and they have terrible service all the time.

  Took my elderly dog to get groomed the other day, and from the second I got there the stressed out lady with the glasses started asking me questions about my dogs health. I thought it was odd, but thought nothing of it. Little did I know miss lady was over here trying to come up with an excuse not to groom my dog. When I came to pick him up, they told me that they cancelled because of safety issues. This is my third time getting my dog groomed, he’s elderly so yes it takes more time and patience ; that of which this lady Jaqueline and her team did not have. If you’re so LAZY then go work somewhere else that allows you to be LAZY. I took my dog somewhere else to get groomed with no problem but I will NEVER EVER spend another cent in this establishment, the whole groom team should be ashamed of themselves but homegirl in the glasses who looks like she’s having a rough day every damn day should find herself a new job where she can be LAZY. Take your dog literally anywhere else . ZERO STARS
