  I have been a client of this veterinary clinic for 7 years and have been paying for pet insurance with them during all this time\. Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely disappointing\. I arrived 12 minutes late for my pet’s annual checkup\. I completely understand that arriving late may mean that the appointment needs to be rescheduled\. What I found unacceptable, however, was the attitude of the people at the front desk who attended me\. Without asking what happened, without showing any understanding, and with a very rude, cold, and unfriendly attitude, I was simply told, “You have to make another appointment\.” There was no attempt to communicate with me politely or show even the slightest consideration\. I want to make it very clear that my disappointment is **not because I had to reschedule the appointment**, but because of the way I was treated\. After 7 years of being a paying client, I expected much better customer service, courtesy, and respect\. I have also noticed that there are already other reviews mentioning concerns about the customer service and attitude at the front desk\. Unfortunately, after my experience today, I can understand why these concerns continue to come up\. When multiple clients mention the same issue, it may be time for management to take a closer look at the way clients are being treated\. People bring their pets to a veterinary clinic because they care about them deeply\. The staff should understand that and treat clients with professionalism, patience, and compassion\. Today’s experience made me seriously question whether I want to continue trusting this clinic with my pet’s care\.

  I brought my dog in for his annual check up and the staff was amazing. Everything was pretty smooth and they were able to answer all my questions! Thank you to all of the nurses and Dr. Sastre!

  10/10 recommend!!! First time taking my 7 year old dog there with concerns and Adriana and Dr Padilla were amazing very understanding and attentive I’m so so happy with my experience as pet parents we are all desperate for the best care for our fur babies and I can confidently say they care just as much about them !!! They also have great plans to help with the cost !!

  I would like to take this time to sincerely thank Banfield Pet Hospital in Pembroke Pines, especially Dr. Padilla, Vanessa, and Alexis. When I walked through the doors with my Shih Tzu, I was completely hysterical and scared. My dog was throwing up, dehydrated, weak, and looked like she was about to pass out. I didn't know what to do, and I was also worried because I didn't have much money. From the moment I arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing. They calmed me down, listened to my concerns, and immediately showed compassion and care for my dog. Most importantly, they did not turn us away when we needed help the most. Dr. Padilla, Vanessa, and Alexis treated both me and my dog with kindness, professionalism, and understanding during a very stressful time. Their compassion meant more to me than words can express. Thank you all for your dedication, patience, and excellent care. I will never forget the kindness you showed when my dog and I needed it most. Forever grateful. Shelly
