  My second visit at Forest Park. The staff is welcoming and the dr takes the time to go over everything with you. I would recommend.

  My cats WERE patients of theirs. Granted it has been almost two years since they've been seen. I just had a simple question and since it had been awhile, she refused to answer a question. My plan was to make an appointment, but hearing they wouldn't answer a simple question without me paying for the response at a vet visit. Didn't help that she was rude about it.

  I cannot possibly say enough to convey how wonderful this vet and the entire staff has been. When I called - having never been a customer but in the midst of an urgent issue - they got me in that same day. They helped me face tough decisions with care, with accurate information, with sympathy and understanding. My dog was terminally ill, and EVERY single time I called, panicking over a new symptom or issue, they got us in ASAP - usually same day but I can't recall ever waiting longer than one day. I never felt rushed, the vet was always willing to take as much time as needed to answer all my questions. Their prices are the most reasonable of any vet I've ever used and the service, care, compassion cannot be beat. I will never take any pet of mine to another vet.
