I would not suggest anyone go here. I am highly discouraged and annoyed with their service. No one communicate with the pet parents and/or each other. My dog received for the first time ever a Lymes disease shot because it was included in my pet care package. Once she received it, I noticed that she had a reaction to it and called them up and told them. I also told them that I was not going to put her through that again, so I do not want her to have that shot anymore. Fast forward to my next appointment for Lymes, I called and canceled and again reiterated that she had allergic reaction and I wasn’t gonna put her through that anymore.I took her in for her allergy shot and they took her to the back. The lady told me she will receive the Cytopoint shot and will come right back. When my dog came back, they told me that she had the Cytopoint in one shoulder and the Lyme’s disease shot in the other. I was livid! My dog also suffers from Heart Disease and I told them more than once about the Lymes vaccine. She again had a reaction. I left there in tears and all they said was “oh, I’m sorry that was my fault” yeah, thanks for putting my poor dog through that again. When I got a call from the manager, she said she put it in her files for the next time. She also said that in her charts it states that she had a reaction to a totally different vaccine. I was more confused then ever so I asked her what shot that was and how did they know? She said that it was one she has gotten before (from her charts that I submitted when I first changed vets). I explained that I never said she had a reaction to any other vaccines in the past other than the Lymes. Again, poor communication. Although everyone in there is really nice, I do not trust them with my dog anymore. The doctor is nice too but talks in circles and doesn’t give a straight answer to any questions I have regarding her heart disease. I am not happy at all with the care for my dog and would suggest that no one takes their dog there for services. Unfortunately, I signed a year contract with them so I don’t know how to get out of that without calling an attorney, which is my next step. My dog is precious to me and I am beyond disgusted with what they put her through. Again, do not go there!!

Calls themselves a vet but refuses animals in need. Absolutely wild. Don't ever include that your dog OCCASIONALLY SNEEZES on the symptom list. They will straight up refuse your dog all together even in an emergency like severe diahrea. YALL CALL YOURSELF AN ANIMAL HOSPITAL?! I'd hate to break it to you but all dogs sneeze occasionally. DO BETTER!!!!! This was an emergency and my dog needed to see someone. But this "animal hospital" is a joke. What do y'all even do all day??? Absolutely enraging.
-15,000 stars!!!
If y'all don't care about animals just say that.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
