  Wish I could give zero stars. My friend brought her small dog to this clinic. He was vomiting and had diarrhea. They charged $500 and SAID his bloodwork was normal, and gave him carafate and propectalin. They did not provide any paperwork that showed his bloodwork. He got worse. Couldn’t even walk. Finally took him to a different vet. He had an untreated infection so severe he ended up with meningitis. The new vet clinic gave him antibiotics, steroids, pain medicine, and muscle relaxers and charged $170. I hope he makes it. Don’t trust these people with your pets. They are interested only in making money.

  We love coming to Banfield Pet Hospital. We’ve been customers since 2013, but it really feels like family. Our dogs have gotten exceptional care from the nurses and doctors. They never try to up-sell us when our dogs have needed clinical care and/or medication.

  Natasha is always full of useful information, and even when she is busy, she takes the time to attend to your specific inquiries, and walks you through a specialized plan for your pet, so you know what to expect. Natasha also is helpful with suggestions and a guided approach specific to your pet's needs based on her experience and knowledge absorbed from working in the field so long, all the way down to the smallest of details, which is helpful when trying to weed out the unnecessary and focus on the necessary for a guided approach when your pet is not feeling his or her best.

  Went for the very first time on a recommendation from a friend — 9/4/26 for one of my cats who had two claws that wouldn’t retract and had overgrown. They saw us very promptly and treated my sweet lil kitty with much love. Enough love for my one cat, I decided to bring my other kitty and dog in for checks ups the following week (today 9/8/26) and both were treated very well. None of my 3 pets seemed excessively stressed besides being at the vet in general. Mainly switched vets to have better access; former vet was difficult to get ahold of to make appointments. Appreciate the patience and care everyone has given to myself and my fur babies. Thank you to such an awesome team! Very reasonable prices for care as well.

  Started out great, especially once they had my money for a “wellness” contract. I brought my dog in for an ear infection and I was sent home with a DIY kit for his medicine. Friendly staff until they have your money. Had to bring the dog in for the same problem a week later, the paperwork said, “ unspecified illness or not well.” Had to verify they were even looking at his ears. I have nothing but deep respect for vets and their staff but I would avoid this place.
