  They have Bad service. I have taken my pet, Mia. Liz at the front desk has received my dog and everytime Liz and the staff would say “they cannot pull up Mia’s records” and they wouldn’t know what records she has had. Liz has yelled at my mom, and has been very rude and disrespectful. She is very unprofessional. Liz created 2 accounts to charge us more money. The staff and management does not know what Mia has. We repeatedly have to remind them that she has 3 tumors, a heart murmur, anemic, and trachea problems. My dog has gotten even more sick because of the bad service that they have given us. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! THEY ONLY CARED ABOUT THEIR MONEY AND PROFIT and they are NOT RESPONSIBLE AT ALL.

  Voy a cumplir un años con este servicio no tienen capacidad para la cantidad de perros que tienen la persona que recibe los perros no sabe buscar el nombre de la mascota y me crearon una cuanta nueva para cobrar más luego te quieren cobrar por más mascotas no dan solución y te estafan cobrando doble fuera de eso no saben ni que tienen tu perro para ellos es más fácil venderle la eutanasia para cobrarte ese servicio mi perrita tiñe cancer lleva ya 6 meses y aún está con vida yo no quise quitarle la vida ella está delicada pero aún vive me parece que ellos lo hacen por negocio no lleven sus mascotas acá no les importa la salud ni los sentimientos de las personas ellos sólo quieren es estafarte te aconsejo que busques otro sitio si amas tus animales no es un buen sitio

  The service provided was unsatisfactory, resulting in a dissatisfied client. I chose to visit your establishment because of a recommendation from a friend. However, during my first visit, I was not able to see the veterinarian. Two assistants inquired about my dog, and upon returning to the reception area, I informed them of the veterinarian’s recommendations. I subsequently purchased the insurance policy you recommended, which was deducted from my account each time I visited the receptionists. They consistently informed me that I was behind on a bill. Despite providing my card three times and requesting that they rectify the issue, they failed to do so. I encountered two other veterinarians who provided different information. In summary, the overall experience was highly disappointing, and my dog still had issues. Consequently, I decided to return to my previous veterinarian.

  Marla and the vet Watson wrongfully administered unauthorized vaccines to my dog, rudely pulled us into a room and then tried to run out saying we screamed at her so she could avoid accountability. We paid $1500 for one visit you’d think they’d treat the customers better.
