  I’ve contacted this Banfield hospital multiple times, yet no one has been able to provide any information regarding Dr. Dominic—the veterinarian who treated my dog. I’ve requested his test results for an entire week, speaking with different staff members daily, but the results have still not been sent. It’s extremely concerning that something this basic cannot be handled. Additionally, my small dog was prescribed medication that has done nothing to relieve his pain. They were quick to charge me and promote an unnecessary plan, claiming that all tests had been completed, yet they failed to administer the proper medication while he was under their care. Now, they won’t even email me the results they say they have. I strongly advise against visiting this hospital. The level of service and compassion is far below what I’ve experienced at other Banfield locations. I’m exhausted from repeatedly going in and receiving no answers. It genuinely feels as though the doctors are inaccessible, and the staff shows little concern for the wellbeing of the pets they treat.

  The level of incompetents and dysfunction is really disheartening for our pets. After one vet there prescribed my dog a medication another vet wouldn't re-approve it because she "wasn't comfortable with it." All the while there was no communication about this and my dog is suffering while this clown show can't figure things out. Do yourself a favor and go to a real vet clinic instead of this corporate machine that cares nothing about your pet. Also as an added bonus the older women who works the front counter is quite rude and will hang up on you. Consider yourself warned.

  Had to bring my cat in unexpectedly. Had a little bit of a weight in the beginning, but with all the stuff these doctors are doing, and their teams are working on.. It is understandable. Had the honor of having Linda and Dr. Drallinsky check out my guy and was very pleased with their thoroughness and their professionalism. They were very understanding and did not try to push me for any unnecessary things and just cared for my cats wellbeing. 10/10 and their coupon saved me.

  Never use this vet for your pet. Not only do they not recognize appts made but when they make an error they do not own it and do not try to rectify it. The staff is not accommodating at all. They had me medicate my dog for a shot for which he had an appt. They wanted me to medicate him with a lot of trazadone which I did and then when I got there had the nerve to tell me he couldn't be seen because he didn't have an appt. They were shown the confirmed appt on the phone but still did not honor it. There seems to be a problem every time I bring my dog there. DO NOT USE them if you want good care for your pet.

  Hello Everyone.I got bad an experience.When I went to Petsmart.There is Bainfield hospital !My dog Yorkie 13 years old got problem,I thought she got worms because she was inching on the floor !!!So I did an appointment and brought her to petsmart .At the beginning they forced me to agree to gave her a shot from rabbies .I told them that she had in different state ,but they still saying that must need to put rabbies shot because they not gonna accept us …So they put me in position to agree .When we went inside the room I wasn’t happy too,there is table was dirty!!!They didn’t clean up after previous dog !!!And when vet doc and assistant come I told them about all problem that my dog have it !!!Than assistant took Julia in back room so I didn’t see what they did with her !!!They charged so much money I’m gonna uploaded so you can see !!!Later they brought Julia back and told me to wait result .I came back at home when I removed harness collar I saw blood and scratch on skin my dog on right side paw !!!So I called to vet clinic Banfield in Petsmart and I asked why my dog had this !!!And Assistant explained to me this is result from Shot !!!I was wondering Because Usually Shots going To Behind back Paw !!!And Vet doc didn’t Tell Me northing About That she is Bleeding !!!My Dog got High Fewer ,she was breathing hard !!!I can lose my lovely dog Julia !!!! And about Worms Test !!!They at the beginning didn’t take her Poop !!!I was waiting result but they didn’t call me back so I had to call them and clerk told me everything is fine test is negative!!!Vet doc told me that she has problem with anal gland and she is not going to poop normally!!!But Julia always going to poop 2-3 times a day !!!I went back to Petsmart where Banfield hospital I was asking Result from Lab and they Just Provided Peace of paper where just was saying that result is negative and clerk was also was wondering where is number and told me that probably vet doc got my mail and later they gonna contacted with me !!!!But no one contacted with me !!! So I Paid money For Northing !!!You Can See On Copies on Papers That I Uploaded!!! And I was asking to prescribe Julia Heartworms pills prevention that I usually I was giving to her when I was living in New York but Vet Doc Told Me You Can Buy It Through Counter !!!But Petstore is not selling these Pills and Shewy Without Permission!!! Later I Found out that Vet doc who was looking Julia just Working one Tome a month !!!! So I Spent Money and My Dog Didn’t Get Right Result !!!I Guess They Just Scammers At Petsmart (Banfield hospital).They are charging money From Pet Owners But Northing Doing !!!!That why Probably Many Pets are Getting worst Condition with Health and Die !!!! So Awful !!!!People Beware Don’t Take Your Pets There !!!These kids Vet Clinic Can Hurt or Kill Your Animals !!!! Good luck All pet owners to Find Best Vet Clinic !!!Make pls research and Read Reviews Other People So Yoyre not gonna Lose Your Money Or Yoyr Animals !!!! There is the proof ,you can see how Vet clinic is Working !!!! So bad that I have to put one star because this clinic not deserve any Star !!!Google review not posting my Review without Star !!! Hello again !!!Banfield hospital still didn’t do northing !!!They contacted with me and didn’t return my money and they didn’t provide proof that they did lab test for my dog Julia !!!So don’t believe here when they they are gonna contacted and solve an issue !!!!They care more about money not about your Furry Pets !!!!So awful Service!!!!Suggest go and look different hospital for your pets !!!Banfield hospital Charged money not doing Test and Putting Wrong Diagnosis for Your Animals !!!Beware Scam Hospital!!!
