  I had been going to this location for years and I have seen the quality go down. Back in May, I took my pet first thing in the morning because I noticed the night prior that he had been lethargic and stopped eating. I explained all the concerns to the attending nurse and he didn’t really seem concerned. I asked if there was a possibility that an ultrasound / xray could be done in case he had swallowed or consumed anything that would’ve caused it. I was told that it “wasn’t necessary” and that they were gonna run a few tests. I left my pet in their care and went to work, explaining that I would be back at 5:30 since they asked me to drop him off. I left work at 4:30 to be there by five. As I was driving there at 4:30 they were already calling me that “when was I gonna come and get him?” I arrived to be told that it was “some sort of infection” we didn’t specify which one, & that they had given him some medication’s, that bloodwork came back fine, though he still had not eaten under their care either ($800 for this mind you)- I asked about the x-ray and they said if his condition didn’t improve, that I could just bring him back tomorrow and they would do it. They sent me home with appetite enhancers.. An hour into being home, his condition severely deteriorated even more, he went from being lethargic, (the condition I brought him in and was sent home with him in) to falling over. I had to rush him to the local ER - Where he was hospitalized for the weekend and then on and off for weeks to come. Thousands of dollars later, he is thankfully alive. But the dismissive treatment that I received at Banfield will forever haunt because had I not trusted my instincts , I wouldve lost my baby.

  The team at Banfield was extraordinary! Adele has a history of misbehaving badly when she’s receiving Veterinary Care….she was calm and cooperative during her exam AND bloodwork. I got such a thorough call from her team & was very pleased to know how well this amazing group works together! Can’t recommend more highly

  Dr. Jackie is absolutely amazing! We drive over an hour and a half so our fur baby can be seen by her. She is extremely thorough and very very kind.

  Everyone was very kind but the bill was pretty outrageous. It's been a few weeks and the treatment I was charged $300 for still hasn't worked. I genuinely feel that my cat and I were scammed.
