  My pup had a GREAT spa day—though it was interrupted by a rude store clerk, Brian.who literally was harassing me in the parking lot over my 2 spaces. He claimed I had taken 4 spots and no one could find parking. ONLY in Florida is it acceptable to be weird (mind ya business). I did speak to the manager about his behavior as it was a LIE and the lot was EMPTY. To spend $100+ and this is how I'm treated is ridiculous. But OVERALL, her cut was PERFECT, and she definitely thinks she's pretty (as she should). However, due to Brian's harassment, everyone was so flustered that she FORGOT to spray her with perfume—which is such a shame because she deserved the full pamper experience.

  Petco normally does NOT have employees running around empty parking lots harassing customers—ONLY in Florida is this acceptable, apparently. His name is Brian, aka "parking attendant." I was waiting for my $100+ pup spa treatment when a man starts knocking on my RV door. When I came out, he starts telling me how his customers have NOWHERE to park because I’m taking up 4 spaces—UNTRUE: 2 spaces, and the ENTIRE lot in front of their store was COMPLETELY EMPTY. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE treatment when it’s a shared EMPTY lot. After I explained that I was a customer, he apologized—but he NEVER should have done that in the first place. I don’t know if he was racially profiling me or what.

  This location has an amazing staff, they are all very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable, no matter who is working on any particular day I can count on them answering questions and helping me.

  Every single time I come to this location I always have an issue Workers are rude Don’t care about you or your animals Never have anything in stock I was recommended to call every time before I come. Horrible business model.
