Update 6/30/2026- Lol. So 10 mins after I was singing the team’s praises, I look at my after visit summary and realized they made a vaccine record mistake for my one pups- and because they recorded that my pup had no past vaccines, (BTW THEY DID NOT CHECK MY PUPS RECORDS WITH ME OR ON THEIR OWN ON ARRIVAL and I assumed they had) the record now also states my pup needs to get a 4-week booster dose! And when I called them to fix it, instead of being a simple “we messed up we’ll fix it”, their only resolution was for me to reach out to Petco Corporate to get the record fixed. What?? Now I need to make the time to call them, explain the whole snafu, and send them email proof of my pup’s prior vaccines, and go through the entire tirade! I understand the vet team is human and they messed up, but It should have been as simple as you made the error you fix it. Part of healthcare is also accurate documentation and you guys have been a major let down. 6/27/2026 I appreciated the professionalism and the kindness this team exhibited. I met with Dr. Jenifer Nix and her team, and this team could not have been nicer. I’ve met other vet teams at other Vetco locations, but this team was exceptional, both in how courteous they were and their skill in handling the animals. They immediately put my two dogs and me at ease before they started the visit. The vet & tech were very skilled and calmed both my anxious dogs. As a dog mom & healthcare provider myself, I appreciate everybody that treats my pups & I with kindness in what can be a stressful time- thank you guys so much.

The staff is always so prompt, courteous, and professional! Deducting two stars for the take home stool kit. It’s been 3 weeks and still awaiting results. Last 3 calls to customer service explained next steps as escalation but I still have to call and follow up. Save $50 and do this at a full service vet. You’re not really saving $ and have to take home, mail, then wait a long time for results. Not worth it!
Update: 0 stars since I’m still fighting with Vetco for a refund and their copy and past reply to my review was useless. I’ve contacted them per their instructions and still no response.
