- RHRaquel HernandezSep 13, 20261.0Horrible they up charged without asking or telling me. Then claimed it was standard policy to always do a nail trim and buffing when an al carte nail trim is requested, despite nail trims being a separate service. They should not decide to perform services that were never requested, and if they feel other services are needed they should attain customer consent first. They repeatedly refused to refund the overcharge for the additional service. It took over half an hour to finally get a refund. I was waiting their holding my poor puppy the whole time. I asked how long a nail trim takes because I had to travel that day. They said 5 minutes. It became such a long ordeal I missed my flight, and I had to be rolled over to a flight 3 hours later. They gave no apology for upcharging without my knowledge or consent. Then, they didn't issue a full refund. They added in a fee that wasn't in the original receipt, and they issued a partial refund. The over charge was an additional $6 plus tax. They refunded about $4.95. It was my first and last time going there! They should be ashamed about the way they treat their customers. Pay close attention to your bill.
