  There is a manager here that is so nasty and rude. I’ve been to this location several times and she just lacks empathy and kindness every time we have an interaction with her. There was a situation where I needed some prescription food and my vet had not sent a prescription. I kindly told her the situation and she was very short with me and said there was nothing she could do. She wouldn’t even let me return an item I originally came to return. She instead just said the vet could help me and they had a register over there. She is pregnant and I get you might be uncomfortable/tired but that’s no reason to be rude and to lack empathy when it comes to animals.

  Do not bring your fur babies here, they are very far from courteous and are quite rude. My vet vaccine appointment was canceled for being 7 minutes late. Did not feel comfortable at all. She made me wait an entire hour with no other people waiting. Almost like she was punishing me. They tried charging me $350 for two vaccines that cost 40$ at pet alliance Orlando. This is not the first time I’ve had a terrible experience here. Lesson learned. 0 out of 10. No stars. Do not recommend. Take your business elsewhere

  Seems like a nice store, enclosures were clean, animals looked good except my post is about the jumping spiders. There were 5 for sale in little terrarium containers...kept in a drawer like area on the bottom of the reptile area. You don't really notice them unless you ask. The manager who showed them to me said she didn't like spiders. I told her they needed to be misted daily because they were bone dry. One was dead. I didn't see any food either but maybe it's in there. This situation bothers me because they are intelligent creatures and need better care.

  The worst vet clinic, I have scheduled an appointment at 8:45 am, I arrived very early and while I was waiting at the parking lot they called me that they made a mistake in the appointment reason of the visit so they need to reschedule. I didn’t go to my work, I took my sick and tired cat with all the stress and pain he has, then they asked to wait if no one showed up they will check my cat. It is unprofessional and not good at all. They scheduled, i talked to the representative and provided all the information and medical history, reason of the visit, I received the confirmation email and text message reminding me to get to the clinic , and they said we can’t see your pet and we need to reschedule . And none of manager showed up to talk to me, no respect . Very disappointed. Even one star is too much for them they deserve nothing.
