  ⭐ 1/5 Ordered a prescribed medication for my dog's skin allergy through Petco's pharmacy. The order was put on hold because they couldn't reach their own veterinarian to confirm it. When I called for an update, an operator suggested I call the vet myself and have them contact Petco. I was told repeatedly that someone would call me back — no one ever did. This was medication for an active health issue, not a cosmetic product. A pharmacy should have reliable processes for confirming and dispensing prescriptions, and basic follow-up when there's a delay. Deeply disappointing for what's supposed to be a medical service. I won't be trusting Petco's again.

  Love my groomer, Mia, and the Vet here. Love the products for my goodie golden retriever. Staff is nice and friendly.

  This store manager Brooke is unprofessional, rude and lacks knowledge of the store operations. I addressed an issue where i was charged different than clearance as marked on their bag. Brooke said that the price tags are not from here " someone else put that sticker on " i said no ma'am these are from the clearance rack. She then started walking away from me to show me the product on shelf. As i mentioned the products i purchased were from clearance. " that means they would be expiring soon" yes i said, and asked to please make price change as i was overcharged. She rants on saying the girl that works here does not know what shes doing she dis not need to use those price marked down sticker.... then Brooke the manager says she cannot change the prices to contact customer support, and rudely ignores me i walked away from the store in awkward feeling. What a horrible experience

  BEWARE unhelpful Karen manager with attitude!! I started shopping here to feed my pets and very often I waste my time because there’s no crickets available. I called in advance so I don’t waste my time, gas, etc. to ask about cricket availability and was hung up on. I called again and asked why I was hung up on and the short old white lady with blond hair gave me attitude like it’s inappropriate that I ask. I proceeded to ask about crickets being available and instead of answering a simple yes or no question she asks me which size. I said are any crickets available because you never have them available and instead of answering my simple yes or no question she continues on about how I should come on Friday’s. This is not helpful information because 1 I asked you a question that you’re intentionally avoiding to antagonize and instigate my frustration instead of resolve it like a professional and 2 I can’t change my work schedule to accommodate Petco’s shipments as I’ve done this in the past and also wasted my time and 3 my pet needs to eat now not on Friday two more days from now. Since she’s not directly answering my repeated question I ask her if there’s a price difference between the sizes to test her attitude and make sure I’m not hallucinating about the ugly vibe she’s giving me by trying her best to be anything but helpful and she says we have small medium and large and hangs up on me again. I called back again and another employee answers the phone and says this is the customer service line how may I help you? This makes me believe I’m speaking to corporate and now I want to address the ignorance of consistently being hung up on and why the old woman can’t answer my questions directly. The new person on the phone says Petco uses zoom and if another caller calls it’s likely the person already on the line will get hung up on. I keep asking if I’ll be helped by the old woman that was being rude to me when I get there and the girl on the phone acts clueless. I want the old woman’s help and I want to see if she has the same demeanor in person face-to-face when you get paid to HELP PEOPLE regarding their pets!!!! On arrival I make my purchase and ask for the manager, the manager is nowhere to be found for 15 minutes and the girl at the front helping me is left by herself with 10 customers on the floor who are all asking her for help also. The rude old woman finally comes to the front and actually engages in an argument with me about my attitude instead of attempting to apologize for being rude or to resolve the issue. She highlights that I don’t have to shop here (the obvious) and with pleasure, I won’t be. I’ll be sure to share with everyone I know that Petco has horrible customer service & communication skills. In addition to poor inventory/stock routines. In the middle of arguing and saying I had an attitude when I’m explaining to her my POV about receiving her attitude, her avoiding the front, not helping her employees, and making every excuse as to why the call keeps ending when my phone bill is perfectly paid, this woman eats a fly. And honestly witnessing that nasty karma of yours is enough for me. I left and I wouldn’t be surprised if she keeps the complacent and SORRY behind attitude I experienced today. I hope Petco is proud of this team they’ve built.
