  Amazing service as usual - especially the gentleman who picked up the rack of leash tags we accidentally knocked over. Have a new puppy coming Saturday and we got everything we needed. We will be back soon and often.

  I used to genuinely love this spot for its cleanliness and variety, but I am absolutely furious after my most recent visit. ​I brought my dog in for grooming, and some young blond guy did the cut. To say he butchered it is an understatement. Honestly, I would have been better off handing a pair of safety scissors to my 4-year-old—the result couldn't possibly be worse than the total hack job my poor dog received. ​But the absolute final straw? I bought a $50 bag of dog food before leaving, and when I opened it, it was literally crawling with worms. Are you kidding me?! Fifty dollars for infested, disgusting garbage! ​This has easily been the worst, most appalling experience I’ve ever had at this store. I am completely utterly disgusted and will be thinking it twice before coming back!

  Horrible customer service. I purchased dog food there and when I got home and opened it up, it had bugs all in it. It was the 4th of July weekend and I couldn't get back to the store to bring the bag back and so I had to spend more money to buy my dogs more food so that they could eat. When I finally got back to the store, the assistant manager said she couldn't help me and that Id have to call the 800 customer service number to get reimbursed. Customer service contacted the store and told me I had to contact the manager of the store, Ryan. Ive left numerous messages for him and hes never called me back. Petco is a joke. If I could leave less then 1 star, I wouldve.

  I came to the fish department and saw worker. I stopped her and asked her if she could help me with a fish mate for my beta. She immediately looked very confused and started walking away without even answering me back towards the betas recommending me to buy a male beta to “mate” with my female. anyone who works with fish should know that you shouldn’t be breeding betas on your own at home and it’s not like she was informing me how to do the safely she was simply telling me to get a male beta to breed with my female beta. I think she could see my face that I didn’t look pleased with her response, so she told me she was gonna get someone named Lee to help me. this lee person never came, instead this girl with long black hair came to help me she was really nice, but honestly, I think she was just as confused. I ended up asking for six Tetras to put in my tank with my female beta, she said six were too much and I should get four instead, I didn’t wanna argue so I got four. I got to my car and did the most basic research and found out that the minimum amount necessary of tetras in a tank is six. Goes without saying I’m never coming back.
