  I take all of my pets to their Windermere location and they are the best vet to have ever taken care of my cats. You can tell that all of the staff really care about the animals. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by the front receptionists who always ask if you need water or a coffee. All the techs I’ve met are the sweetest and take their time with my anxious kitty’s. The doctors are all amazing and really explain everything in detail so you don’t leave with any questions. I’m sure this location will be an extension from the amazing “gold” standard care you would get at their Windermere location. If you need a vet in a lake Nona area, you won’t regret taking your pets here!!

  The only thing we planned to take home from vacation was a souvenir… not a sick pet! 😂 When our furry family member decided to turn vacation into an unexpected episode of Grey’s Anatomy: Veterinary Edition, we found ourselves needing a vet—and fast! Thankfully, we found this incredible office. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. This place was practically the NASA headquarters of veterinary medicine! State-of-the-art equipment, impressive technology, and diagnostic capabilities that helped get to the bottom of what was going on with our pet. But the technology was only half the story. The veterinarians were absolutely exceptional—knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and genuinely invested in helping our pet feel better. They explained everything, answered our questions, and gave us peace of mind when we were worried and far from home. If your vacation itinerary includes an unexpected veterinary emergency, this is the place you want to find! Obviously, we don’t recommend the sick-pet vacation package, but if life throws you that curveball, these folks are the MVPs. Five stars for the incredible vets, cutting-edge technology, and outstanding care. Zero stars for our pet’s vacation planning skills. 😂🐶❤️ Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our furry family member! Picture of the guilty party.

  We visit fron Tennessee at least once a year and Golden Heart has always been there if we needed any for our pup. They've been there for a quick vaccine update and even a little emergency we had while visiting once. It's great to know they are opening a location closer to our normal spot while in Florida!

  The staff and atmosphere at Golden Heart make it feel like you are getting VIP service for you and your pet. The staff and doctors are knowledgeable and never make you feel rushed for asking any questions. I also love the modern aesthetic and atmosphere of the office and their availability make is super easy to schedule any time I need! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Golden Heart has been great to me and my pets. The current location always has accommodating and knowledgeable staff. The facilities are modern and always clean as if I was at my own doctor’s office. I also love that they are available 7 days a week! I’m excited for them to be opening up a new location in Lake Nona!!!
