- SOStephen OliverJun 22, 20261.0DO NOT SIGN UP FOR WELLNESS PLAN!!!! They will tell you can cancel at anytime when you sign up but won’t let you cancel afterwards. Won’t even put the plan on pause when dealing with financial issues.
- LLLemonJun 6, 20262.0Unprofessional and poorly managed. Staff was bickering and unenthused, save for the doctor. We brought our cat at 11AM, were told a single vaccine shot would be done by 1PM due to the doctor being in surgery, then had it pushed back over the phone at 3PM. By the time we returned at 5PM (closing time), they'd conveniently "just started working on her" and were done within 15 minutes. Bring your pet someplace where people actually care about your time.
- IAI AJun 6, 20261.0I made an appointment for 11am and was advised that although there were a few emergency surgeries scheduled, since it's just a singular vaccine my pet would be ready around 1-2. I called at 3pm as I hadn't heard back and was advised that they would be giving me a call back once they were able to attend to her. As they close at 5 I called again at 4 since I'm not leaving my cat overnight. Same thing. At 5 I showed up and finally they seem to have "started working on her". I was hesitant to drop off my cat at a vet for a singular annual rabies shot and this confirmed my fears. 6 hours later and I'm writing this review. I don't usually write reviews but if you have a pet you care about I wouldn't bring them here.

And the Veterinarian was short and unsympathetic while also complaining about her day. I was giving wipes and spray for my dogs possible skin irritation and now he has terrible chemical burns. DO NOT GO HERE. And what is a mediacl waste throw away fee!!!!!!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
