  1 visit was enough for me to say this place could care less about your pets…. I would not come near any bandfield. If you look at all their reviews only one location has 4.0 rating all the other location in central Florida have almost 3.0 and going down. There is clearly a change to be made and that’s staring with this location. The techs and receptionist are rude and sour about life. If you clearly hate your job get a new one or change careers don’t take it by being rude or distance to your clients. I don’t feel like putting my business out like that one here but there should be action and accountability to be taken by everyone that works at this location. Also why make people wait on the phone for over 40 minutes not ok at all. I was here thinking I was going to loose my dog. Just don’t come to any bandfield at this point.

  I can see how this location does not have a good rating now. Why make an appointment if you guys are going to see pets whenever you want?? As if out time is not valuable. And the fact that yall have nasty receptionists and nasty attitude tech is even crazier. Waterford Animal Hospital would NEVER!

  Staff is very pleasant peices are very competitive. Rooms were clean but air vents needed attention. I will go back for sure.

  DO NOT GO HERE!!! MY SMALL PET WAS MUZZLED WITHOUT MY CONSENT COMMUNICATION HE IS AN ELDERLY DOG WITH BARELY ANY TEETH NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY THIS WILL BE GOING TO COURT. my pet has been down and shaking and not acting normal if my dog dies this is on the tech that assisted him. We have the records and will continue to record need DR RODRIGUEZ TO CONTACT ME ASAP. lady i spoke to named Aly very rude on the call and in person. The techs had very bad attitude in person and were not empathetic and have no customer service. Will be speaking to Corporate and expect the Vet Board to reach out and investigate very soon.

  Super frustrated with the Waterford location. Twice now, the Doctor seeing my dog no longer works there and they will not approve his heartworm medication through their own Banfield shop and want me to bring my healthy dog in again for another physical when he was just seen 4 months ago and all tests were negative and was deemed healthy. What a rip off. If your animal needs any kind of recuring medicines I would not recommend this location as they change doctors often enough to inconvenience you and want you to make another appointment to establish "Doctor/patient" relationship. I will not pay another $60 something dollars for another physical, the heartworm medicine alone is $153 for 6 months, smh.
