  Unfortunately, I did not feel the cost of the visit was justified. No clear diagnosis was provided, and I left with the same daily routine I had already explained I was already following. Based on my experience, there are other veterinary dermatology clinics that offer more advanced care and better value for the cost I’m glad the receptionist was cordial and respectful, which is why I’m giving one star.

  I will update my review after my appointment scheduled for mid-August of this year. I decided to write this now after reading many concerning reviews and responses from management regarding long wait times, procedures, and costs. I am honestly very worried because I am trying to help my dog who has been suffering from ongoing allergies. I have tried several treatments already: Apoquel caused seizures after only a couple of days, and Cytopoint only helped for a short period of time. At our regular veterinary clinic in Palm Coast (Banfield Hospital), we have mostly tried managing her condition through diet changes, but we have not been able to find a real long-term solution. That is why I decided on my own to look for a veterinary dermatology specialist. I was very hopeful when I found this clinic, but after reading so many reviews, I feel anxious and uncertain. I am especially concerned about the long wait time for the appointment and the possibility that allergy testing may not be done on the same day, especially since we are traveling from another city. Does that mean another appointment would be needed while my dog continues to suffer from itching and discomfort? That is very difficult to think about. I am also worried after reading comments about costs mentioned by other pet owners. I am just a pet owner doing my best to help my dog, and I truly hope this appointment will bring answers and relief for her condition. I will update my review afterward.

  Very rude and condescending tone. Refused to give me a refill on medications. I expressed that I didn’t feel the current medications were working & I wasn’t given any other options or provided any educational tips. I spent $127 on a 5 minute appointment. Scam.
