  First time here. EVERYTHING was great and easy, from check-in to checkout. Best experience I've had at a Vet in a long long time. Leo and Logan were well taken care of, were very happy and not stressed, and their human was satisfied.

  Grace and Cheyenne were very kind and made sure that my baby was taken care of. They answered all my questions that i had and gave me the reassurance that i needed. We will definitely be back for future services!

  My new adopted cat was sick, she had flu, we had an appointment, they check on her , they were so care about Mavis, she is doing really good now. Thank you!

  This was the first time using Vetco services. Today James (my dog) seen by Dr. Scott & Kyle was our technician. I really enjoyed how both of them interacted with James. Dr. Scott, gave her recommendations, and completely left it up to me if I was going to render those services. I felt that everything that was performed today was necessary, and there was no add on unnecessary treatments, and Dr Scott was not pushy like most Vets. Both Dr. Scott & Kyle were informative, and made sure I clearly understood my dog medications, and everything preformed today. Both of them also respected that James was an adopted shelter dog in training so that pawing, playing, and jumping on people was unacceptable even though they both wanted some cuddle time with him. Some services, I felt was a little over-priced, but that’s ok, because not every Vet office offers competitive pricing. Overall-fair pricing! The way I and James was treated today, and how exceptional the service was I most definitely will be going back & I will be adding the membership to help with future costs.

  When our furry family members are under the weather, we always scramble to get them back to their loving, healthy selves. Finding the right veterinarian facility is paramount. I managed to find the perfect place in Orange City, shoulder to shoulder with Petco. After three days of zero restful sleep, me and my labradoodle Noodles entered the vetco facility. Immediately I was greeted my Mel at the front desk. She was awesome! Between her busy duties she continued to be on point with ensuring we were comfortable. Not long after Noodles and I were ushered into a room. The next staff member named Cheyenne took the reins. I can't tell you how sweet and loving this person is without tearing up. She was beyond belief with knowledge, attitude and the heartfelt love for Noodles and my well being. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer,and I certainly had a bunch. Dr Scott then took the lead. Her and I discussed treatment plans and medical history for my doodle. When the smoke cleared,we were armed with a bag of meds and the confidence that we were on the road to a quick recovery. There's no question who will look after my doodle,noodles. Thanks you again for the entire staff at VETCO.
