Rude, unhelpful staff acting as if it is an inconvenience to wait on you. Don't give solutions to pricing issues, as it's clearly different prices for online and store. Could care less if you're there. I would've fallen over dead if the cashier smiled at all.

They are all very friendly and professional. I will be going back to them for baths and grooming.

This Orange City Petco is fine for buying your pets food/supplies. I would recommend taking them elsewhere for grooming. Customers in the grooming part of the store are not treated very well. I made the mistake of making an appointment for nail trim and buffing for my two dogs. Evidently even though I received 2 emails (one for each of my dogs) confirming my appointments for my two dogs, I was told there is no such thing as an appointment for this service. When I showed up for my “appointment” a little early they wouldn’t let me in because I didn’t have an “appointment”….Interesting. The grooming opens at 8:00am the rest of the store opens at 9:00am. I had an “appointment” at 9:00am I called the grooming from outside the door and said I was there for my 9:00am “appointment” but was told because there is no such thing as an “appointment” for the nail trims and buffing service I could not come in. Good to know. I left and went to the Sanford location and was treated very well! Would highly recommend the Sanford Petco!

Got our first Guinea pig! Sales lady was so helpful in finding all the stuff for our little angel, very informative too! Overall 10 out of 10 experience 😁

The set up they have at Petco for the hamsters and rats is totally unacceptable. Looks to me they barely clean their tiny cages they put them in (always VERY dirty), did I mention there is so much poop. They dont even give the hamsters a proper wheel, and the water bottles half the time you see them struggling to get a drink of water because either it doesn't pour out correctly or there to little to reach it. I ended up buying a hamster one time because I felt so bad for it. Now PetSmart cages are so clean every time I go there and they have good size cages for them. I'm just saying they care about their animals. So if PetSmart can take care of their animals, Petco should have no excuses.
