- VMVega MiguelAug 2, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On August 1st, we took our dog, Max, to Banfield Pet Hospital in Ocoee. Max is a Belgian Malinois and gets extremely nervous and anxious whenever he goes to the vet. As soon as we walked in, the staff immediately noticed how stressed he was and kindly took us straight to an exam room so he could calm down. That small gesture meant so much to us. L We have visited three different Banfield locations, and I can honestly say the Ocoee location is by far the best. Everyone treated us with kindness, patience, and compassion. Max is not an easy dog to handle—he has a lot of energy and is usually all over the place—but the veterinary assistant came in, explained the treatment plan, and greeted Max so gently. She treated him like he was her own baby. To our surprise, Max calmly went with the Vet assistant and Dr Hannah George without barking, growling or becoming overly anxious, which almost never happens. We were so impressed with the care and professionalism of the entire team. Thank you to everyone at Banfield Pet Hospital in Ocoee for making what is usually a stressful experience so much easier. We truly appreciate the excellent care you gave Max. We highly recommend this location!

- GGGeocomJul 2, 20261.0Don't waste your time, after making a reservation online for a first time visit, they informed me they don't have an in room appointment for my dog and I will have to leave him there because the Vet is in surgery, if the vet is not available why there is an option to get an appointment then? they answer with "we don't control our reservation system" this is after making the appointment 3 days in advance and canceling another vet appointment for the same day. I was really looking forward to try this hospital but after this definitely not going back and not recommending this to no one

Called Sunday 6/21 at 3:08pm the girl was just assumptive and unsure I called in to ensure the medication I was prescribed for my dog was something she could eat with before her exam in the morning the medicine bottle did not say on it so I called in to be 100000% sure. Thankfully this isn’t our main location but it was the only location near me open on the time I called in on a Sunday.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
