  Petco of Ocala Fl, No.1 in my book. They carry our cat, and dog food.They have all there treats, and all of there toys.Professional, and knowledgeable people work there,and the place is as clean as a whistle.

  Not a fan of how petco stores all their animals multiple fish were dead and the hamster we bought was absolutely freaking out. Did some research on where they get their animals as well and was very displeased on the industrial breeding farms. Employees were awesome though.

  I have been a loyal customer of yours for many years, and I buy food for my three cats from your store. Yesterday (Saturday), I placed an online order for store pickup. When I arrived at the store, I got out of my car and stood in line, waiting for my turn. While I was waiting, another customer walked in and told the cashier, Michael, that she was there to pick up her order. She did not wait in line, she went straight to the cashier. Without asking anyone or acknowledging that I had been waiting first, Michael immediately went to get her order and handed it to her. When it was finally my turn, I politely told Michael that I had been there first and that I was already waiting in line before the other customer arrived. I explained that I didn’t appreciate him serving another customer ahead of me without even asking if I minded or following the order in which customers were waiting. I also told him that I planned to leave a review and report the experience, and he simply replied, “OK.” This review is not intended to get Michael in trouble or have him fired. My goal is simply to encourage better customer service and fairness. When customers place online pickup orders, it’s often because they are trying to save time and have other commitments. In my case, I was on my lunch break and stopped by to pick up my order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this situation delayed me unnecessarily. I hope this feedback helps reinforce the importance of treating all customers fairly and serving them in the order they arrive.
