  Everytime there's an event posted on FB None of the staff know anything about it. I show up & no event. Today was school pics & free treats. Guess what? No such event. I would add a copy of the post, but can't. 😡😡😡

  Unfortunately, I was going through a hardship while I was buying food for my puppy. Sales associate Dannee and Manager Addison really took the time to listen, help me find the specific food I needed for my 4-month-old puppy, and resolve part of a financial issue. Thank you so much, guys! <3

  Highly recommend the Vetco clinic inside Petco on Dixie Hwy & Commercial Blvd! I brought my Dachshund in and was impressed by both the quality of medical care and good customer service. ​I was worried about the cost going in, but the prices were surprisingly reasonable, so I happily joined their Wellness Plan. 10/10 experience! Highly recommend.

  They Kept telling that a product was probably in a box in the back went in 3 times over 5 days and nothing.. turns out they discontinued selling it but because NO due diligence was taken in the performance on duty it was only discovered by myself and a long process of contacting other store in a larger radius that another associate did the unthinkable and actually looked it up on the computer they apparently have in each individual store location... dont go in looking for something that's not there it's like pulling teeth to get something or informing about a product if it's not actually sitting on the self.
