  The staff is terrible no customer service, some of the staff looks like they hate it there and no one is ever at the register. I have to go these one cause its next door to my place but I will make it a point to go to the location or Pet smart.

  I’m come to this particular store often probably twice a week and the staff is amazing. I have had the pleasure of interacting with Krush and Frankie and it has been nothing but a great experience. They are kind, knowledgeable, and very patient with me when I have questions.and i feel like I’m dealing with a member of my family. Please let them know that I appreciate them. Great store and keep up the good work.. Thanks

  The past 2 times I've been here theres been spiders and spider eggs all over the bags of dog food. Both times I've pointed it out and they've offered to sign me up for a subscription to have it shipped. How is that an equivalent? I've found a pet store down the street that carries the same food. I'll just go there from now on.

  The store is very conveniently located which makes it easy to get all my pet's shopping done fast. The store is always stocked and I have many options to go through. There are sales and very frequently staff. Would definitely recommend!
