  I had a very disappointing experience at Petco thanks to groomer MarzDa Best. My appointment started about 20 minutes late because the groomer hadn’t even arrived yet. After finally dropping off my dog, I waited much longer than expected. When I became concerned and went back to check, I was told my dog had actually been ready—but the groomer had gone to lunch and forgot to call or text me. To make matters worse, my dog wasn’t even fully groomed. I specifically paid for a sanitary trim, but it was never done(pics attached). It honestly felt like it was simply forgotten. This location used to provide great service, which makes this experience even more disappointing.

  This service was a disaster; my dogs are Goldendoodles, and I had skipped grooming them for four months so they could get a breed-appropriate cut. and they handed the dogs over to me with uneven cuts and no design at all.

  We recently took our dog in for a grooming service, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and concerning. After the service, we noticed that hair was left inside her ears, which can lead to infections such as otitis if not properly addressed. In addition, her rear paws—specifically the paw pad area—were left irritated during the process. This has caused her discomfort and pain while walking and leaves her exposed to a potential infection. Furthermore, the anal gland expression service, which we had paid for, was not performed. We expected a higher level of care and attention to detail, especially when it comes to the health and safety of pets. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made to prevent similar situations in the future.

  I have vitalcare for my female chihuahua Bella she's very tiny weight 4 pounds. We're very pleased with Petco service where I visit at least two times every month buying food and others products. I would like to recognize a wonderful and value employee in Grooming department, Her name is Maria she's a caring high worker person, Very kind, honest, and great Grooming service that she provides the pets making the different each day.   Maria my dog stylist was very professional and caring with him. She did groomed him exactly the way I wanted. My boy(🐶) looks sooo handsome. I very satisfied with the Petco grooming service that I already booked an appointment for my other boy(🐶). Thanks guys for all you do. Really appreciate it.
